“Fabulous place, don't know why we haven't stayed before. Room was immaculate and large. The secondary glazing meant we couldn't hear any road noise so even though we were in the middle of the village we had a very sound night sleep. No parking on site but the station car park is about 30 seconds walk away and only 1.50 for the day so absolutely no trouble. The staff were lovely and incredibly accommodating. They have organised discounts at local places which was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.”

“Over 15 years we have been renting 10 properties, but we have never experienced such a good service, such a response and such a good management as Able Estates have provided. Every email, every complain or issue was resolved in hours. We have never seen such a professionalism and care towards tenants and landlord. Before we moved into Able Estates property, we didn’t have any trust in any agents. Non of them was so good as Able Estates. I have no words to describe how greatfull and thankful we are for Able Estates. Property was always maintained and looked after. Any issues was fixed in hours. We are moving out today just because we we took step forward and bought the property for ourselves. We are really sad to leave as it was really good and safe to stay with Able Estates. Big thank you! “Significantly better value than moss bros. Great service from Chris the owner. Purchased additional ties and handkerchiefs to match our required colour scheme. Let us have multiple fittings as it suited (pardon the pun) us. I am a big lad but had everything in my size. We lost a shirt and were charged a reasonable fee for replacement (much less than i expected) Well worth a visit.”

“Great little Costa in the centre of Bexley village. It is open all hours, one of few places that are open before I go for my commute Customer service is excellent. Honestly the staff are absolutely amazing, really friendly and will go out of their way to open doors for people juggling lots of kids etc.”

“Spent the afternoon and evening with a friend in the newly opened Millers. The landlord Paul made us very welcome and chatted about his plans and how he intends to run the pub. There are multiple screens that showed 6 nations rugby and the football. They dealt effectively and with no fuss when a group of ladies came in very drunk. The evening had a DJ and the place started to get busy. Paul had another 3 staff behind the bar, so getting served wasn’t a problem. The loo’s are in a separate building out the back. I’d like more choice on real ales, but that’s my only real criticism. Good luck with the future to all concerned and if Paul treats all his customers the way he treated us, he’ll make this pub a success quickly”

As to the carrier bag charge - this is a law implemented by the government to help prevent plastic pollution a few years ago.”
