We are vegetarians and there were plenty of options (also vegan). Try the paneer tikka Naan. If you go out for Indian food around the area, try Babuji. The service is impeccable. We'll be back!”

“New owners, been here twice now, very impressed. They was just closing up when I arrived tonight (5/4/22) but they were happy to let me in. The chicken is f**king amazing. there are no other words! Chips equally as good, next time I'll have some fish. Staff really friendly. Great decor too and spotlessly clean. I've lived in the area for 40+ years and will be coming here much more. “As good as the reviews suggest. Calabrese pannini was delicious, and teenage son couldn't stop going on about the pistachio cannoli! Even bought some red wine and panettone for Christmas. Beautiful village setting, would love to come back in warmer weather to sit outside. Finally, lovely staff and well worth drive off the beaten track (note that current postcode TN15 6ND on Google is incorrect and sends you to Sevenoaks centre - just navigate to Kemsing instead)”

Do not be put off by the price if desserts, we had the chocolate sphere and it was worth every penny. Our host was lovely send really friendly. The chef came out to check on our meal and the wonderful intimate setting was a breath of fresh air. We will definitely come back to try out all the other options on the menu.”

“Nilly's is a proper café near Liverpool Street. We had a full English breakfast which was good. The staff are very friendly and it has a lovely atmosphere. Would recommend as prices are reasonable for good quality food.”

“Hidden gem! Fantastic roast dinners on Sundays and bring your own wine for a modest corkage charge. The owners couldn't have been nicer and the food is incredible. We've already made arrangements to go again with a group of friends. You may have to navigate yourself around several buggies and prams when you're there and seating is limited but it's worth it. This place is a must try and incredible value for money, I can't recommend it highly enough.”

“Now if you like Sushi, this is where you have to go if your in the area. Small little place hidden around the corner from the castle, doesn’t seem big from the outside but as you head upstairs you find a cosy little restaurant buzzing with a relaxed vibe. The menu selection is impeccable and I can honestly say, this is the best Sushi I have had in a very, I mean very long time. Generous portions, super fresh, very tasty and brilliant staff. They do takeout too, but I prefer to eat in!”

“I reached out to OKA to help me with a special request putting together a custom sushi "cake" for my partner's birthday. To say the least, I was not disappointed (see pictures!!). The staff were extremely attentive and I got to speak to the chef directly to discuss the ingredients and decorations of the cake. They even added extra details like gold leaf and floral decorations! The cake was delivered at a specified time to our doorstep with sushi condiments and a sparkler candle included. My partner and I are very impressed with the service and attention to detail. Thank you so much to all the staff that helped make this happen!”

“Newly opened (July 22), and very welcome to Ickenham. Smart interior design. Menu with some unfamiliar items which are mostly just your curries under different names. Extensive vegetarian options. Standard bar. Food was really good. Service a little hesitant as team settle in. Prices low now because of opening promotion.”

“We went to this lovely lovey family owned and run restaurant for my mother’s birthday. The food was so tasty and the service was excellent. The food came so quickly and the staff put so much effort into each of the tables- making a specific effort for each party. Their prices are really reasonable and the food is to die for with brilliant portion sizes. They also made a big effort for birthdays and got the music going as we were one of the last tables still there and made us laugh!! My brother speaks broken Italian and they spoke back and helped him with some of the words like spoon! Can’t recommend enough and we will definitely be going back again.”
