“Absolutely incredible customer service from JOSH, who was extremely friendly and professional in helping my mother find a new pair of Skechers. He used his own initiative to identify suitable shoes, and came back multiple times with new suggestions. He gave clear explanations for technical differences between the available shoes, and was prompt, friendly and articulate. He listened carefully to my mother as she tried on the shoes and explained what she needed. Josh showed his expertise on the variety of shoes, of which there are many in store to choose from, and quickly checked stock levels for those shoes that were not available in store. Josh even brought different sizes to try and genuinely appeared happy to help, with a positive attitude, and even brought over a stool for my mum to sit on to try the shoes.
