Was considering spending near £1,000 on a replacement but to save on cost and carbon impact I decided to look at a repair. John was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the issue right away. When the parts weren't available in Europe, John went above and beyond and was able to source from China. The TV is now working perfectly, has saved me a small fortune and stopped a perfectly good set ending up in landfill. Would definitely suggest a visit if considering replacing a faulty set yourself.”
