“Fabulous place, don't know why we haven't stayed before. Room was immaculate and large. The secondary glazing meant we couldn't hear any road noise so even though we were in the middle of the village we had a very sound night sleep. No parking on site but the station car park is about 30 seconds walk away and only 1.50 for the day so absolutely no trouble. The staff were lovely and incredibly accommodating. They have organised discounts at local places which was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.”

They took the order efficiently (over the phone) and carefully understood what I wanted (its shut due to Covid), I collected them contact free a few hours later. Beautiful flowers skilfully prepared. “I had such a great experience today at bexleyheath newlook. I was trying on a coat I really liked and wasn't sure if I could get away with the length. A lovely assistant called roseanne could see I wasn't sure came over and gave her advice which was really helpful to me. I purchased the coat. Infact it was the second time roseanne has helped me I remembered her from my last visit. Just before Christmas I was in purchasing a few other items and there was a sheet mask for a child I was interested in but was worried about the ingredients and any reaction it may cause. Roseanne new all about the ingredients and showed me. We had a short chat about skin sensitivity and not only did she give me advice about the mask she advised me about own skin health condition and I took that advice and I remembered her because my skin has cleared up remarkably. I thanked her today for all her help.The customer service was excellent both times. It really makes a difference to be assisted by such a genuinely helpful and friendly person.”

“I could go to the superstore in Bexleyheath but this is my local, they have most of the things I want but it is only a local so I don't expect them to sell everything, the car park is adequate the staff are helpful and friendly it's no more expensive than the superstore and they have a better range of garden plants which are very good value. Inside its always clean and tidy ok when they are shelf filling it may block the aisle but that can be expected but the staff will always move their trolly to let you past, I have no problems with this store what so ever.”
