Cable Co
“Popped in here for a tea after going to the park today. Great little spot, very fair prices and friendly service.”
Victoria Park Café
“I hope this is the right cafe, it's not the one by the lake, but the other one next to the skate park. Just want to say we had the most DELICIOUS vegan cakes!! A chocolate one with some kind of fruit jam in it and then a peanut butter one. They were just incredible, and my sister and I are quite the cake connaisseurs.”
Triple Two Coffee
“I was recently searching for a quiet and cosy coffee shop to study in and came across this one. It did not disappoint. The lovely barista (Jazz) has offered great service both times I have been there. I am definitely going to be a regular from now. Today she was so sweet and even let me stay an extra 15 minutes after closing time after I told her I have a very important zoom meeting that I could not miss. Coffee is amazing, best vanilla lattes in Kingston, and the selection of pastries does not disappoint. Highly recommend! ;)”
Mike's Cafe
“Great spot for brunch. We did not reserve but they found us a quick table outside for 4. Food was super tasty and the Bloody Mary was amazing. The also have marshmallows for free inside which you can melt on the fire place!”
Pedro's Cafe
“We got delicious breakfast! The staff Is very nice, I like the place, definitely recomend!”
Caffe Deniro
“This is by far the best value for money full English breakfast we tried in London. Just look at what you are getting for £7.5. I googled the place and it turned out well worth the walk from a hotel. Fast service, not crowded - relaxed and seems family owned. We’re now having breakfast here every day. Thank you!”
Green Cafe
“Cheap and cheerful, does the job. Place is a little cramped, however, there were lots of people with luggage. Service was a little slow but that was due to a mixup in order and it being quite busy. Food managed to be catered to needs, and customer service made up for the mixup in food (no charge for coffee to make up for food service).”
Latymer Cafe
“Regular to this place, refurb looks good. Prices still decent food is very nice. Friendly staff, very welcoming. Highly recommend.”
Work Mans Cafe
“Started coming here at least twice a week for lunch. It's a great little cafe with a huge selection of very hearty and affordable meals. The staff are also very welcoming and friendly.”
The Ambrose Café
“Love the place. Great coffee and shortbread biscuits! Staff very attentive and friendly. It's a pleasure to get a beautiful cup rather than a carboard or plastic one.”
George’s Cafe Brockley
“Very friendly people. Most welcoming. Good selection for breakfast and poached eggs with smashed avocado wa spot on. Great tasting mocha! Would definitely return”
Blighty
“Best English Breakfast I‘ve ever had. I am in love ❤”
Cafe 368
“Really nice food and friendly. Would recommend to any in need of quick bit to stop off. Every was cleaned and well cooked”
Monsoon Cafe
“Lovely clean café with great fresh sandwiches and fabulous chocolate brownies. We visited on a Monday lunchtime and sat upstairs. The café had people sitting upstairs and downstairs and there is also seating outside (see photos). Service (which is table service) is great and prompt and the guy who served us very friendly. Good choice of sandwiches, toasted paninis and jacket potatoes. My husband had the chicken and mayo sandwich and I asked for the avocado, spinach, cheese and sundried tomato panini on brown bread instead of a panini (which was no problem). The bread slices are thick but are soft, light and fresh and the ingredients were fresh and tasty. We then had a gluten-free chocolate brownie each which was great. We would definitely visit again.”
Olive Tree Cafe
“Great people great food great service. I go here all the time.”
Eightea9
“Great food, lovely surroundings with friendly attentive service from Noah, Vaida and Mary. Thanks guys!”
Clairmont's
“Amazing coffee Amazing food Amazing staff But forget all that - if you like listening to middle class people talking nonsense this is the place for you. They know their brioche from their sliced pans in Windsor As my gran would say “your grandad watches cricket, I sit watch and listen to the people far more entertaining””
The Harefield
“Friendly, traditional little pub in the heart of Harefield. Have visited twice, receiving a warm welcome and good service on both occasions. The menu is limited, but the food is tasty and the portions generous. As it is cooked to order, you may need to wait a little longer for your food on busy days, but it is well worth it. The scampi and chips are yummy! I'm looking forward to my next visit.”
The Old Shepherd
“Lovely old pub with a nice cosy atmosphere. Good beers such as Rebellion. Did the monthly Monday night quiz which was well attended and good fun.”
The Wheatsheaf
“Went in the morning to miss some of the lunchtime rush. A very nice and quaint pub, a lovely spot to enjoy a coffee and read a book. The staff were very nice and the outside area is well maintained. Would be a good spot for sunnier days too”
The Plough - Effingham
“Visited today as a large waking group and were very impressed with food quality and service. The team went above and beyond in pushing back our food time, as we had pre ordered being a large group but a few took a wrong turn on the walk! Food quality was great, and service was spot on! We will certainly return - thanks again”
The Unicorn Pub
“We popped in on the off chance they’d have a table on a busy Saturday lunchtime, and although they were really busy the lovely Scottish landlady squeezed us in for a quick lunch. It was all very tasty and the team working there were lovely!”
The Angel Inn
“We had a delicious Sunday roast all cooked perfectly, with crispy roast potatos. Delicious.”
Ailsa Tavern
“Great British pub and food. Just one merry of staff on but what a guy. He was brilliant and couldn't have done more for us. Thank you.”
The White Swan
“Great pub by the Riverside, alot of age and character. Good selection of beers on. They even have a cellar bar at the side of the pub to take the pressure off the bar on sunny days, great idea. I recommend all day long.”
The Windermere
“A real pub for a change. Wood panelled bars comfortable seating and best of all sensible prices. Staff excellent.”
The Canbury Arms Kingston
“Perhaps the best Sunday roast I had in 8y living in the UK. I’ve been there with friends and I ordered the Jacob’s ladder to share. The meat was absolutely phenomenal, incredibly tasty and perfectly cooked (12h slow cook). Each vegetable served with meat (roast potato, carrot and butternut squash purée, etc) was flavourful as well as the Yorkshire pudding. The pub is very nice and it’s located just 5 min away from the old market square in Kingston. Friendly staff, reasonable prices”
The Lord Nelson, Brentford
“A brilliantly friendly pub, with very welcoming staff. We had the best time on Christmas Eve with a large group of adults and children in their beautiful garden. Food was delicious, staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful, and the atmosphere was amazing. Can't wait to come back for more of the same, thank you all.”
Roisin Dubh
“Lovely place staff are great two fella raj and Andrew great guys but very shy of going to the bar”
