Cute, quaint and homey laid back joint with a great vibe and very welcoming cosy seats with a great drinks menu. Font forget your Nero rewards stamps! I love how Caffé Nero is a low fuss and down to earth coffee joint and never charges extra for non dairy milk options!”

Just say the soup was saying that has soya as allergen and just this! There are not many things in this airport GF and Vegan. This country need improve this in general isn't it??? The cappuccino was lovely and for how busy it was they were kind and quick. And unnecessarily apologetic for the long line (it’s 8 am in an airport of course it’s crazy)”

I hated the bowl they served in though, as my cutlery would sweep round and slip into the food. *Please serve the bowls on a plate so that there is somewhere to put the cutlery in between mouthfuls? Staff were great once we made an effort but it was noticable that, until individually approached, none of them seemed very cheerful in their work? No toilets in an airport restaurant of course.”

Around midnight, terminal full of people arriving from around the world, frustrated of staff shortage induced baggage chaos, long waits, missed connections... Cafe Nero is probably the only venue still open and serving relief. With a single staff only! I hope the company will reward him an extra bonus. What an illustration of the time we are living now...”
