“The most honest and ethical garage that I have come across so far. I had gone for an MOT and though it was lunch time, Roopesh accommodated me with a smile. I was in and out within 40 mins, all done. And they are so honest that they did not bill me excessively for other minor repairs, that usually happens when you go for an MOT. I was surprised that such honesty exists in car garages. I have burnt my fingers at well known car garages and 3D Motors is far from them. Roopesh and Co. are the best! I arrived at my appointment time and was made to feel very welcome by the owner, Paul, who was friendly and professional. Paul gave me a timeline for both the test and any potential work that may follow. I left my car there and received a phone call from Paul within a couple of hours advising me of the result. I then went to pick my car up and settled for a very reasonable price, as quoted. This is a non pretentious, family run business spanning many years - they do and charge exactly as they quote you - at a reasonable price too. “Very recently I had purchased a car with the goal of it being sent across Europe to Ukraine, more specifically the brave men and women currently fighting at the frontline of the war in Ukraine. Before I sent this car on the long cross-continent journey, I needed to ensure that it was in tip-top shape, and it came to my attention that windscreen needed to be changed. I decided to look up any local businesses that deal could help me with this problem, and stumbled across these guys, whom I ultimately contacted due to how local they were to me. If I could give an infinite number of stars to this business, I would. First and foremost, I was extremely impressed and surprised that they managed to get the correct windscreen glass so promptly (it was quite a specific request I had for quite a specific car) - I had only called them the evening before I drove up for the change, so honestly was expecting to be told that I'd have to wait a couple of days, as I'd been told by other businesses, but I was pleasantly surprised when they informed me that they would be able to fulfil my request on the spot. Furthermore, they had provided me with the cheapest quote, which is also always quite pleasant to hear - we had agreed on £180. I had gotten around to talking to the guys working there, and we ended up discussing my plans on transporting the car to Ukraine to help the war effort after they'd so expertly changed the windscreen. I was stunned when the workers waived the fees for the quick, high-quality work they had done on the car. For a business to survive, of course, it needs to make a profit. However, it's always important for there to be an element of humanity and charity. And that is what I was greeted with at My Car Glass Windscreen. Their humanity touched me, and I want to thank them again for the incredible work that they put into that vehicle I'd rolled in. Know that your work is out there at the moment, doing good.
