“Great service from Ronnie and the team in Kwik Fit South Harrow. Called them of the of chance they had a particular tire in store when I found a nail on my mums tire in the morning. I strongly suspected that it was not repairable due to the position of where the nail pierced the tire. Called them at 10:45am and they confirmed they had the correct tire in store. They reacted immediately and were happy and accommodating enough to do the work the same day. The car tire was replaced within an hour of calling them. Excellent service and to add further customer value they gave a small but very much appreciated discount making the cost more average without the the need to wait for a cheaper repair. My mum is elderly and was also delighted with the service received. Then later days, when I checked this battery at this garage, then the owner Ramesh said that it was a wrong and less powered battery and he really helped me to exchange this battery to a high quality one by calling Euro car parts. Because of his rapport with Euro car parts, they had agreed to exchange the battery even after 3 months of initial purchase. This is just one significant example out of many. I bought a car second hand from a local garage in Milton Keynes and the service history appeared a bit patchy; there was only one receipt and stamp in the service booklet. So I rang the number on the receipt and Headstone were able to not only put my mind at rest, but also forward copies of the services they had undertaken.
