After popping down to store and meeting Charlotte I knew I was in safe hands Charlotte was so helpful and professional. We discussed my vision/ ideas to suit my budget and I was so looking forward to it all coming to life. I was so thirlled with the floral wreath hung up in the marquee , it looked amazing ! All my flower arrangements at the church, centerpieces and my bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets were all beautiful. The roses smelt incredible and everything was perfect. Simplicity is the best. “We got our Nordmann fir Xmas tree from Borrowed Light Florals this year and it's a great tree! It is the best-priced that I've seen in this area, and it's lasted well (up for a week so far) so must have been fresh. I really liked the way that Sarah took the time to tell me how to get a longer life out of our tree - the first time anyone's bothered to share that with us. A beautiful little shop at Crate with lots of treasures from local makers too - a good place to go find last-minute gifts for any occasion. Highly recommended :-)”

“I would like to thank the two lovely ladies at The Florist who saved the day for me yesterday. With only 4 hours to go until my hen party started, the company I had booked to do my table centre pieces and decor let me down and cancelled. My mum called this florist who we have never used before (but we definitely be using again) to ask if they had any artificial flowers we could use. I quickly drove to their shop and they offered to make me something with what they had in stock using fresh flowers. Well… in just over an hour they created the most STUNNING centre piece that made our table looked like a wedding. I could not believe how beautiful it was. “Absolutely love this shop!! I went in with the intention of getting a few plants but had no real knowledge of what I should get. The guy behind the counter (didn’t get his name) was super helpful, friendly and knew so much about all the plants. He advised me on two he thought I could best look after and I’m super happy with my purchases. You also get help cards with the plants so you know how best to care for them which is super helpful as I’m rather forgetful. I’d say it’s also more affordable than other places selling shops in the area and is much nicer! Thank you so much can’t wait to come back and get more plants soon!”

My colleague said the service was fantastic and the shop was really courteous and happy to help with the order and delivery.
