Having been messed around by local plumbers who played the usual guessing game with our old boiler and cost us money by replacing bits that didn't need replacing, I went in search of a new boiler. After my experience with the above, I went to ZARA HEATING with a certain amount of apprehension, not knowing what to expect. I can only say this: Craig, the ZARA HEATING installer who did the job, was absolutely top notch. On time, put down dust sheets everywhere(without being asked), worked solidly throughout the day and finished everything on time and done properly. No mess, no fuss, absolutely first class job. Cannot recommend him highly enough. The ZARA HEATING contracted scaffolders (necessary for a 3 storey house to replace the roof flue) turned up dead on time, did a quick and efficient job and were gone promptly the job was finished. So far as ZARA HEATING, the company, well, all I can say is, it's brilliant. The price was extraordinarily good, the communication before the installation first class, thanks to Scott and others in sales and customer service, and the whole thing went off very, very well. We're very pleased with every aspect of this job and it's good to know that there are companies out there that do actually appreciate their customers. Very well done ZARA HEATING!”
