“I had a great experience here an amazing 5 years training with Coaches and Students at GFA, I had started 5 years ago at age 15 where with Sami, Muay Thai Coach, I grew and developed as both person and fighter along with the help of Neto, Head Jiu Jitsu coach. What I will say is if you are just starting out this is a place you should check out most definitely and think about it is a great community and family, although I am now venturing to see more styles and I am opening a new chapter in my life. “I joined Arabian Rose in 2018 and have been learning with Sandra throughout this period (including classes during lockdown). I started in level 1 and have been in level 4 for some time now. Arabian Rose is well run and organised. The classes are excellent; Sandra is a very skilled teacher and absolutely passionate about dance. Her choreographies are beautiful and creative.. and it’s all so enjoyable! With every course, I learn something and hopefully I improve a little bit. I never danced before, but dance at Arabian Rose is for everyone and I intend to continue for a long time.”

“Absolutely love this salon. It’s so nice to have a friendly salon to go to. They don’t just do nails, there are a whole load more treatments you can have and I Can’t wait to try some new ones out. The removal clinic is also there on a Monday and Lauren does fantastic treatments!! Tracy does the best nail art!!! People always comment on mine!! The sunbed is really good too and the bulbs are changed regularly!! This salon is defo worth a visit!! Oh and parking is free there too!!!”

“I came to Aspire back in 2018 and had 7 treatments for full body laser. Wow! All I can say is phenomenal! Growing up with such corse thick hair being Indian made me so insecure and her machines are the best top technology! I only now have to come for top ups every 6 months…. I literally grow no hair!!! I couldn’t recommend it enough! One thing I would say is make sure you leave some extra time for your appointments as Reena is Lovely!!!
