There was no hidden (surprise) cost end of the work and they were open for any kind of suggestion what we wanted to see in our final wardrobe. After working with her on a previous project we knew we wanted to work with her again. She put great effort and detail into designing the kitchen and bathrooms, creating amazing images so we would know what the finished result would look like. Hayley visited the property with samples of the cabinets and surfaces and gave expert designer advice specifically for the space. The outcome was absolutely amazing and we could not be happier! Having worked with her twice, we could not recommend her enough, and would definitely contact her again if we had any other projects.”

“We were told about Tailored Journeys by a colleague of mine when I asked about his Sri Lankan trip. On his recommendation we contacted Manoj and he put together an itinerary for us based on what we told him we were interested in. We left the UK on 6th March and returned on the 23rd just as the UK was closing down. The Si Lankan holiday was a wonderful experience with excellent hotels and organised expeditions and that was made even better by our driver/guide Sam who was a mine of information. The only draw-back was the cancellation of the Whale watching trip, but this was due to a government directive based on the Corona-19 pandemic. (Tailored Journeys’ refund was in our account within a couple of weeks without any problems, thanks). However, the most impressive aspect was the care and attention shown by Manoj and the people at Viluxur Holidays SL in monitoring the ongoing situation and keeping us informed and assured of what was happening both in Sri Lanka and the UK making it a stress free holiday. “We aren't normally the type of family to book a private tour but with 5 of us the value was very reasonable. We saw so much more with these guys than we would have done on a public tour. We were amongst the first to see Stonehenge in the morning, we also had plenty of time in Bath. After seeing The Roman baths, Oz took us to some places where they filmed Bridgerton which my wife LOVED! The last little stop in The Cotswolds was to die for! Other tour companies charge extra for such services. Throughout the day, Adrian's continuing efforts to create the most enjoyable, informative and efficient tour for my family became readily evident. From offering suggestions on where we can save time so as to maximize the number of sites, to going out of his way to park in the shade so that we can return to a cooler vehicle, his efforts were much appreciated. We went on a few other private tours in other locations during this trip to Europe, and none of those came close to the quality, experience and value of our tour with Adrian.
