“Wad so pleased to book and eat at Flat Iron for the first time. Staff were super friendly and very knowledgeable on the food. Nice decor and atmosphere. Pricing is very good value for the quality of food on offer. The food was simply superb. Nice touch receiving free popcorn when you are seated and then a free ice cream when you leave. When I'm back in London, I will definitely return to any of their restaurants. Would highly recommend.”

“I experienced warm service as soon as I came in to see this new, bright place with an earthy marble and modern wood aesthetic. Plenty of choice on the menu and detailed recommendations by a woman behind the bar was great. The lamb bun I decided to eat was very tasty and succulent, full of flavours, which I combined with a side of the spiced chips. Definitely tastier, cleaner and more filling than a typical gyros. I felt full enough but then wanted to try the apple crumble because the food was great quality so far. I was not let down at all - it was incredible. Just the perfect amount of sweetness and the ice cream was the best touch. Definitely a nice, fast food surprise and I will be coming back very soon.”

“If you can look past the tourists and civil servants (the Home Office is just down the road) this is a great pub, and the vibe isn't bad. The staff have always been really great (thanks guys!) and there's usually plenty of seating; if you find early enough. Never eaten here though the menu looks ok. There is some outside seating (sometimes the heaters are even on) behind glass screens; the residents of the half-way house / homeless shelter across the road don't always cause an issue! The toilets are clean. Not the greatest choice of drinks, but I'm sure you can find something! Oh, and there's a large function room upstairs, available for hire.”

“If I could give this place 12/10 stars I would. If you want a hostel, this is the place to go. I promise you that there will be great service, food, clean place, (especially Air conditioning, thank god) and each room has character. great prices, the pub below has great food and great prices, and the manager is the sweetest guy. If you are choosing a place, please stay there! He deserves all the support. 100%.”
