(From arrival to getting our starters served was only 15 min) Menue was varied, with meat and plant based options. Food was outstanding, very tasty and beautifully presented. “After entering the restaurant; u can feel a very relaxing environment. Menu contained wide choices of Thai food. Once ordered, the food were served efficiently and the taste is good and very importantly hot enough. Staff are very smart (eg, automatically serve ice with lemon when we order sparklingly water; automatically provide chopstick).”

“It's a small & bit quite local bar. We visited it just for tge name sake. It has a garden at the back. One snooker table. Parking on the street is limited and free in the evening.”

“Wonderful pub with great food, eaten in there with Friends a few times and always left happy the food is excellent as is the beer, I Normally go for the BBQ chicken wings with chips and I must say absolutely delicious and the pub has a good atmosphere and very friendly staff, we normally eat there at lunch during the week so not too busy, perfect, great pub.”

“Always a great experience with friendly staff. Poppy has always been someone who goes above and beyond. The bar team provided me with honey, lemon and mint (in hot water) for my sore throat, and it worked extremely well. I also seemed to lose my credit card on the sofas; however, fortunately the bar manager found it and rushed to return it to me before I left the building. I did not catch the bar manager's name, but I am very grateful to her. Thank you and see you soon.”

“Amazing service!! The hotel is amazing! Went for a short stay for a cosy room and was worth the price. The room was equipped with good facilities to use such as a kettle, snacks, and toiletries. The staff are friendly and there was always a staff at reception to help us with anything. The hotel also let us leave our luggage there so by the end of the day we could collect it.”

“We turned up as a group of 12 without booking. They sorted out a couple of tables next to each other for us and told us how we could best order our food and still pay separately (the usual nightmare for restaurants catering for large groups)! Food wasn't bad either. Helpful and friendly.”
