Beer tasting experience in Dartford

“Went to the Growler stop for first time last night. Great, helpful and pleasant staff. Lovely welcoming atmosphere. Very extensive beer menu that the staff will help you with. We sampled quite a few across the range, pale ales, ipa’s, bitters and stouts and they were all lovely. We will be returning and next time our wives said they’ll come with us and sample their gins :-)”

“Popped in with 20 minutes to spare before show time, they were fully booked for football, but were happy for us to use a table and have some food before they had to give the table to the reservation. Food was quick and tasted great, good pint of cider and friendly staff!”

“It's so hard to find somewhere that does good fresh sandwiches with thick bread, if that's you thing then go here! So good, really friendly big portions, don't expect cheap this is a small local business so every penny spent here is money well spent to a family run business. Love it I will be back again soon!”

I returned this weekend and was very pleased to see that the place is still as welcoming and friendly as ever, with fab staff, delicious food and plenty of drinks options. It's dog friendly so my two cockapoos enjoyed the visit too, with lots of fuss from the welcoming staff and even a treat or two! I will definitely be visiting again when I'm next in the area!”

The atmosphere in the restaurant was warm and welcoming, Tue service was excellent, the two waitresses who looked after us were calm, cheerful, friendly and attentive. The locals were very friendly too and the pub had a great atmosphere. Highly recommend this pub, especially for families as they were great with kids too.
