“Fantastic job doing my bio gel manicure..coming in for my bio gel pedicure (I'm sure it'll be amazing). Super comfortable environment and love staff! Very respectful and kind. Editing this review as now I went to get my toes done and this time the young lad did my toes. Cuticle work on the feet was decent but then came the bio-gel and that's when he decided to cut corners as there's a bump on my toe from the bio-gel that want sorted and fixed then and there. The shaping of the toes weren't that great either. I'd recommend the maturer woman for bio-gel and cuticle work. If you're doing a basic pedi then the young lad does a decent job. Will have to ring them up and ask for a Bio gel removal for my feet as I'm not content with it and I was charged £54 for the bio-gel and pedi as well as £6 for the equipment which is just too much for not a perfect job. Will update further to notify of any service updates. Further updates: service on the phone was excellent and I'll be getting my feet done again today. So will provide updates afterwards. Will be back here without a doubt if this goes well. Update: I went back in and she did a fab job (the one that did my mani bio-gel). Definitely would recommend her. Didn't catch her name but you can tell she's the professional one there. Unfortunately they didn't have the colour bio-gel I initially had on so we had to settle for shellac for the colour (Wish I would've known earlier as I would've been able to come back later). However, nonetheless, she was lovely about it. And i'm happy with it!”

“I've been visiting this salon for a few years now, usually for back massage and eyebrows. The team is very nice, the place is always clean and my therapist Louise is very professional. The salon is just off the busy Finchley Road, a few minutes' walk from Finchley Road or Swiss Cottage Stations.”

“I have been going to Buff & Polish for years, Kim and her team are fantastic. I have had acrylic nails for years and been to many different nail salons whose products/application simply do not compare. Nothing is ever to much trouble for these guys, the salon is spacious elegant and has a great atmosphere. I will never use another nail shop again. If you want professional stunning nails, carried out by caring lovely people in a salon with a great vibe this is the place for you. Keep doing what you are doing guys :)”

They mostly have experienced technicians, also have had some with less experience, however, the end results still leaves you satisfied. “Absolutely great Saturday with our kids. It was awesome. We got offered a photo of our youngest. And it was really nice. We got professional photos taken 3 for 24£. That's seems very reasonable. My youngest loved the baby part and eldest loved the waves. Only let down it smells like chlorine, but expected. Eyes gets a bit sensitive.”

“Having visited the Chelsea Psychology Clinic I can confirm they're a highly professional group with an extremely in-depth skill set, with extensively trained and experienced staff. Personally I wanted to work with a clinical Dr because I was not sure what support I needed, so wanted to ensure I worked with someone who was well versed in a range of therapies and had lots of experience in putting them into practice. If you are seeking help for any range of therapies, they are certainly worth contacting, as within my case they were very effective at getting the results I was after. A huge part of this is down to the Dr I was paired with understanding me and my needs and us having a good rapport. You will get what you are after more if you can relate to and trust who you are working with, rather than just being given a treatment, and not believing in it, so being paired with the best Dr for my situation was really beneficial for me. In terms of what to expect, private therapy is not a cheap endeavour wherever you go, and it generally takes several weeks to have a worthwhile effect. For me the important thing was that I got better, but it’s worth asking up front around costs / sessions required. There is also normally a small wait time as well if you are after certain time slots so maybe take that into consideration. Personally, I went through my private health care provider as it brought the cost down significantly for me, and I found the NHS wait times are often closer to 4 - 6 months, with a limit on the max number of sessions. Speak to them, ask questions, and work out what’s best for you. For me, the service was great, and I got the results I was after, but never expect these things to be a magic bullet - be patient and work hard.”
