“I've been a client here from the start ( 2009). This is a very popular salon frequented not just by locals in Wandsworth but people who travel in specially for certain stylists & colour technicians. I travel from NW London but some come from overseas when they make their regular trips to the UK! Although it can get quite booked up in advance it is worth asking to be put on a call back list in the event of a client being unable to attend. The main draw is having stylists who LISTEN to the specifics of what the client requires & will have an honest discussion of what may or may not work before any proceedure is undertaken. This is a fairly rare thing in the hairdressing world as those of us who have had to troubleshoot tonsorial disasters will testify. Be specific on your requirements & the team will aim to deliver. Arta, who owns the salon comes from a hairdressing background so her credentials go back to her childhood, she is obviously well versed in current hairdressing trends and is a calm & assured presence in the salon. The team take their lead from her and are long serving. Once found, people tend to stick with Era's Salon. 10 years & counting on Wandsworth Bridge Road....see you there!”

“Avoid this salon at all costs. The owner is extremely rude and unpleasant to be around. I worked here for 3 and a half months and I was dismissed for no valid reason at all. All reasons given were false and the real reason was because I’m quiet as I suffer from social anxiety and the salon had no patience for me. I wasn’t given a contract the entire time I worked with this salon due to bad organisation skills even though I had finished my probation period and passed. Multiple times I was spoken too inappropriately by the owner or staff at this salon and no action was taken regardless of complaints and proof. I’m an eighteen year old who has been left with no job due to this and no back leg to stand on as they gave me no contract and knew what they was doing. I was dismissed one day before I believed I had work and on top of this, I was paid less than what I had worked for and no action was taken up until now. I received a email two days ago regarding the money I am owed despite the fact that I made this clear on the same day I was paid which was over two or three weeks ago and I’m still awaiting these funds. Most of the lovely reviews for this salon have been created by the manager her self using staff members google accounts to try and create a false image. This salon is extremely sly and unprofessional and doesn’t follow the law! I wouldn’t recommend at all. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere where deserves it!”

“The best clinic ever I have come across in London. Dr. Hala is one of the best aesthetics so far. I have tried so many clinics in London when I was struggling with my acne, even the beggiest name clinics I have attended to but could not helf with my acne until when I saw Dr. Hala's clinic on facebook. At first I was very sceptical based on my previous experiences but I was determined to get my looks back. My Gp even referred me to the dermatologist, I was on acutane and some creams. but could not continue with the acutane pills as the side effects were a killer. I was literally crawling on my bed as knees my hurting me so bad, my lips were so dry, the experienced with acutane was so bad I had to stop. Then I saw Dr. Hala on facebook and today, I could not be more happier. All thanks to her and her team. If you are struggling with acne, please do not hesitate to contact Dr. Hala, she is the best.
