Even when I popped in the enquire, I was greeted with a warm welcome and felt that their goal was to understand my desired outcome – which encouraged me to book. During my actual appointment yesterday, every effort was made by Arkin and Jo to understand what I wanted and I felt consulted, listened to and comfortable enough to express my needs throughout. Jo cut my hair exactly how I wanted. In addition I have to say Arkin’s blow drying technique was the best I have ever experienced and I have experienced a lot. My hair is fine, wavy and frizzy and not the easiest to blow dry to a smooth finish. In the past I have hoped for smooth enough result, but after Arkin’s blow dry technique, which was like watching magic in action, I was left with smooth shiny, non-frizzy hair with body and movement. The real test with my kind of hair is what it looks like the next day and I can report that my hair held on to the style and remained smooth and non frizzy - even without brushing it. Also loved the styling products used. I did not expect such amazing results from a small local hairdresser. Thank you”
