“I’ve had all my piercings except my first lobes done here (that’s 13) and I’ve had an amazing experience. The staff are so welcoming, it’s really easy and straightforward to book appointments through whatsapp, and all my piercings have healed well and turned out just how I wanted. KD will explain step by step what he’s doing during a piercing and then gives aftercare info on cards which I find very very helpful. As soon as my most recent piercings have finished healing I plan on going back for my bridge and for some more on my ears and I already know I’ll have a great experience as usual”

“This place was amazing. The staff was friendly and courteous. First went in here for my friend who's dermal fell off while we were sightseeing. Then decided a few days later to go back and get my nose pierced. The first night we were there, talked to the owner, who was very kind and took care of my friend with speed! When we went back for me, we got suggested to a pizza place that was by far the best pizza either one of us has ever had! Great place and learn new things every day! HIGHLY recommend this place”

“Highly recommend Purely Diamonds! I have been on a receiving end of A* service! I purchased an engagement ring in 2020. Clare was fantastic and helped me pick a ring which my partner loved and couldn’t be happier with it! And I even managed to pick the correct ring size without her telling me (I found it a big achievement). I’d get an engagement ring from Purely Diamonds again, if I could get married twice! Fast forward 2.5 years and we noticed a stone had come fallen out of the band (it happens of course). I contacted PD and I received a swift response and stated I should send the ring in and they’ll check it over. The same day PD received the ring, they checked it over and told me it will be done free of charge with a clean/polish and was then sent back within 2 working days. Within 4 working days it was sent, received, fixed and sent back to us. Of course… Royal Mail had messed up and hadn’t delivered the ring after they’d received the package at my Local depot After a couple days, I decided to contact Purely Diamonds to see if there was anything they could do. Alex and Clare were on the case straight away with frequent updates and ensured me it will be sorted no matter Royal Mails outcome. (Becoming slightly worried as we are getting married in 2 months and making a claim is not a quick process). The ring turned up in the end… thankfully. But I had no doubt PD would have sorted it quickly for us if needed. Everytime I had contacted Purely Diamonds, I’d always have a response in less than a couple of hours. Which makes a massive difference, when you can expect to wait days with other companies. Many thanks Clare and Alex for the amazing service and communication! Definitely recommend!”

“I got my nose pierced in Camden 2 weeks ago, but it fell out yesterday evening. I couldn't get it back in so I rushed to my nearest piercing shop, and they replaced it, gave me very little advice. This morning I woke up to find the 2nd piercing had fallen out in my sleep. I called Inkology and they were incredibly helpful, explaining I'd been given the wrong type of stud, and they'd be happy to set me up with the right one, in the colour I liked, and even gave me some advice on how to prevent it from closing in the meantime before I got to them. Once I was there, the piercer Mia, explained everything clearly and carefully, was incredibly kind and friendly, asked me exactly what I wanted and needed, gave me several options, then expertly and gently put in the new stud which shouldn't fall out! She then emailed me an aftercare instruction leaflet and told me to contact them or come in if I had any further problems. From the woman I spoke to on the phone, to the piercer Mia, to the guy tattooing another client next to the cash desk, everyone was friendly, kind, and welcoming - and the entire operation felt a lot more professional and hygienic than the previous 2 (highly rated on Google maps) places I'd been. If you're thinking about getting a piercing I HIGHLY recommend Inkology, I can't speak to their tattooing but I can only imagine it's done with the same level of care, attention to detail and professionality that they handled my matter with.”

“I went a few months ago to get done an industrial piercing in my ear. The piercer was super nice and explained to me everything I need to know and do for the helping process as takes really long to heal. He checked my anatomy and done it in a different way as I had in mind but it was perfect and I just feel a bit pain but maybe just because there is two holes. The piercing was a bit tricky to heal during 3 months even thought I used the saline spray that they recommended me. I started to use another product to clean it and now is completely perfect. I'm more than happy with this clinic because they are really professional.”
