My son recently had three of his baby teeth removed in preparation for his appointment with the Orthodontist. The procedure was skilled and effortless. He was made to feel very comfortable and calm. The hygienists have always looked after me well and the front of house are always polite and helpful. Thank you.”

Marta has been really patient throughout the process as we made updates (and changed our minds!) along the way. Also had a great experience with support from Julie in sourcing obscure missing parts needed for drawers etc Great customer service all round, excellent efficient communication all through the process. “I moved, many years ago, from a stressful central London location to a more relaxed life style in Walton-on-Thames. The change included using a bike instead of a car. Looking for a bike in the local paper I found an ad for T’ai Chi. I decided for the T’ai Chi instead of the bike and it was the best decision ever ever ever taken. I have been with Kevin for over 12 years now and every weekly class is a truly enjoyment. Kevin is an outstanding instructor who explain not only every movements in detail but as well why we are doing it. Kevin’s knowledge of T’ai Chi, its movements, history, culture is outstanding. Not to mention all adds-on like Qi Qong, meditation, relaxation, weapons etc. is just top of everything.”

“A decent stay. Very clean and well appointed rooms. Noise in the corridors was a pain and the lack of parking could also be difficult. But the reception staff are fabulous. Really nice to talk to someone who is knowledgeable and wants to help.”

“One member of staff made it so much better... I've decided to write probably first review in my life. It's all about convenience. These kind of small local shops are more expensive and more expensive to run. People don't spend that much in these. Big money they leave in big shops, but if something is missing, we all go to local, most knowing that experience will be quite bad or so so, and it was. Till they employed ginger haired guy (sorry- I don't remember his name). Long ginger hair. He has made it so much better. Quick, nice, professional, unlike chatty members of staff and what is most important really helpful and informative. He has remembered I just to buy old holdborn original, that was not available for some period of time in this shop. Had yellow holborn that I dislike. During my last shopping, at the checkout I was told that the one I smoke is now available. I know, it's a tiny thing, but these tiny things make our experience in local shops so much better. Now I feel, like it is my local shop to go. Thank you.”

“Stayed here for a funeral. We had travelled from Devon. The location was great, staff friendly and helpful. The only thing I did find was a stain on the bed runner and cobwebs in several places in the room. It is attached to a lovely pub where we went in the evening for a couple of drinks.”
