I am so impressed with everything overall they were both so gentle and warming they made my son feel at such ease being his first time having treatment. “I was seen by a junior stylist Lucy for a balayage and a cut and style. She worked on my hair relentlessly for 4hrs to correct mistakes made by a more senior hairdresser at a different salon. Even though at first I was a bit worried that the highlighted sections were not visible enough , I'm thrilled with the end effect. After inspecting it in the daylight, I can see it much better, it looks very beautiful, natural and precise. Thank you Lucy, you are a talented young lady!!”

“Best boarding experience ever! I would give 10 stars if possible. We moved to UK from overseas with a very nervous cat. From the first email contact we had with Chantal I started to relax. She was very responsive, supportive and reassuring. When we got here we had a quick tour (careful not to interact with our cat so we didn't upset her adjustment - Chantal knows cats so well!). It is a lovely facility. Very generous spaces for all cats, sparkling clean, calm environment yet stimulating with plenty of fresh air as well as quiet indoor spaces. Having such a lovely place for our cat during our transition has made our move so much easier. UPDATE: We picked up our cat 4 days ago and brought her to our new home. A house she's never lived in without any of our furniture (it hasn't arrived in UK yet). So there is nothing that is familiar to her (except us). Yet she's amazingly relaxed and has adapted far better than we anticipated based her temperament and our previous overseas moves. She clearly was very happy at The Cat's Whiskers to arrive home in such great emotional and physical shape. We are huge Chantal/Cat Whiskers fans!”

“My son had a ½ Day Falconry Day with Koda ( based in hobbledown ) and i must say All of the staff In Koda were amazing not only with my son amd hes love of Falconry but amazing with the birds. So much love as a team they all work together so well. The quality if love and care given to the birds is by far outstanding.
