Whilst our build was delayed, Vin was meticulous with design and planning working closely with our contractors and always provided advice balanced between design and ergonomics. Their fitter was second to none and wouldn’t settle for anything less than perfect whilst Raman and Harvey were extremely understanding and helpful whilst dealing with an unexpected event. “I can't recommend Ivan at Pro Touch Clean Ltd enough! He is the most professional, considerate and passionate upholstery/carpet cleaner we've ever booked. His service is second to none. I wish I got an image of his set up! We booked Ivan to clean our Parker Knoll armchairs. Ivan was very thorough and very attentive to the details. He assessed the materials in advance and made sure he used the correct process and products for our chairs. He explained and shows us videos in advance of the process which reassured us too. He respected our home and the surroundings making sure everything was protected and covered during the clean. Best cleaning service we have ever used and now we will be booking in our carpet clean in the next couple of months. Highly recommend this company and service- 5 STARS! I lived abroad for a few years. I came back and realised what an amazing hair dresser I missed out on. He has saved me from hair disasters caused by other hairdressers too. A good hairdresser is a rare find and he certainly will put life into your hair. I get compliments for my hair all the time. It is all thanks to Mike. He truly is amazing. “Conveniently located on the High Street. Friendly and professional team delivers excellent customer service. Location was refurbished recently to a high standard. Because the service they deliver is second to none, they are extremely busy, therefore I recommend booking an appointment online or over the phone. The only drawback is that they are not accepting card payments at the time I am writing this review. As I don't usually carry cash on me, I had to go to Co-op for cash. Not a major issue if it's not raining ;) Hope to see card payments soon. Apart from this small inconvenient everything is spot on. Highly recommended!”
