She gave me such good advice about my face shape, hair quality, what style would suit me, advised me about the right haircut that would suit my hair texture when it’s wet or dry. There was an occasion when there was an issue with the PCR test, the Pharmacist took charge and resolved it, within 10 minutes a correct certificate was issued. “Mike was absolute lifesaver in dealing with a difficult problem of creating access for a broken extractor fan which had been buried in the ceiling by the original builder. He created an access hole for the electrician to fit a new fan then made and fitted a lovely cover to hide it. It looks great”
