The first time Owen did my hair, he totally transformed a botched home dye job (a failed lightening and colour change attempt, which left me with vibrant pink roots and dull red length - a complete horror show) to a stunning brunette balayage with rose gold highlights. Owen’s new salon is so stunning and provides a really unique salon experience, which truly goes the extra mile with thoughtful extra details to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I can always trust that i’ll come away with a renewed boost of confidence, loving my hair and looking forward to my next visit. “came to this B&B the lady is so lovely, really welcoming and so friendly, easy to talk to and socaily great. Walked into the room and my first thoughts were WOW! Big sized room really homly comfy beds unbeilable clean lots of storage great sized TV. Bath room is really big with nice shower and bath also very clean. Could not dought this B&B atall! I have worked As a housekeeper in big hotels so know cleanliness and friendless very well. This B&B is great with all of those things. Would tell anyone to come here instead amazingly good and reasonably priced. Also unreal quick wifi!!! Amazing stay best night sleep every”

“Excellent couple of hours riding for our 6 year old & 10 year old girls.... Safe, structured & fun. Our girls had a lovely time at Poynters Riding Centre. The classes were fun and structured with John the primary instructor and his daughter ensuring the girls had a safe but challenging experience. Julie our 6 year old's pony was no bigger than our dog :-) Misty was a lovely natured grey. The 25 minute or so ride through the woods and common was great for the girls and they did some trotting although not cantering as not ridden for a while. The stables were clean and nicely looked after and the horses and ponies were happy and also well looked after. I like the approach of the stables in that they will not allow bad behaviour on their horses and ponies. This is important for the mounts as well as the children, and our girls who can misbehave at times were happy to comply to the clear instructions given with some humour. We will be signing up to weekly lessons soon, as the parents who already had weekly lessons also praised the stables and the instructors. Parent rides also being booked soonest as the area is excellent for a long ride.”
