“I went in to ask them to look at a dermal piercing I had done elsewhere as it was inflamed. The lady advised it would be better to remove it, which she did. She removed the dermal piercing very well with no problems. The studio was very clean and tidy and everyone was really friendly and welcoming. I contacted by email about my recent order as i made a mistake with dates i went into panic mode. i got a quick response resuring me that they will get parcel sent out ASAP. Also one dress I ordered was no longer in Stock so they give me a refund. I have had regular updates about parcel being dispatched and out for delivery. I just wished they still had the shop because I would be in there all the time”
