“The staff were very helpful, and just really polite, patient, and professional, and made our stay relatively relaxed stress free *(we had a 6 month old with us upon writing this). Even though this place was busy with families enjoying Legoland, it's quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. They get busy at the weekends and half terms by looks of it, and the very helpful staff members were keeping us regularly up to date with when our food is coming. “Have stayed here a number of wines when visiting my son and his partner. It is a very busy hotel due to lego land. The rooms are a very nice size and kept clean and tidy. We like to sit in the bar when we get back at the end of the day and enjoy a relaxed drink. The prices are very good and the selection pretty good.”

“I had booked myself a full body massage, indian head massage and a honey facial. My treatment was with Sunny and she was brilliant from the very start. I had a warm welcome into the salon and my temperature was taken. I filled in the form and was taken into the treatment room. It was already kept ready and Sunny went through the order of my treatments so that I could have a full relaxed session for the time I was there. I will not lie.... Sunny got me so relaxed I fell asleep in each one! For someone who has insomnia that is just amazing! I enjoyed every single moment and came out feeling so refreshed and relaxed. Sam was an absolute gent, gave his condolences and we went on to have a beautiful conversation, he also gave me some complimentary white flowers to give to my mum, he just went above and beyond. This was a completely different experience compared to another local florist in Langley, who offered no condolences and just pointed me in the direction of a booklet.
