The team were incredibly kind and not only fixed the problem but showed me some new functionality! I shall now have a relaxed and quiet holiday as a result! “We booked to have our tyres inspected / changed because one of them was going flat. Whilst the appointment took a bit longer than they had estimated, the staff were extremely helpful. They showed us a video of the nail in the tyre and explained why they couldn’t legally repair it. Unfortunately there was a mix up with the delivery of the tyres we had chosen, but they gave us tyres of the same quality / value at a discounted price checking first we were happy with that and honestly laying out the options. They kept us informed as we went along and overall were just really friendly, helpful and apologetic. We’re not local, but if we were I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again. Top notch customer service”

“Visited this morning before taking the train & had a lovely cortado. Son had a coke zero and a sausage bap, which he said was tasteless. Otherwise, fast, efficient service and clean so v pleased! UPDATE JAN 2023: Visited again by myself and had a lovely cortado. Staff were really friendly and efficient and café and toilets very clean. Best service in town, hence why I'm upgrading to 5 stars!”
