“We have been hugely impressed with the quality of service from Emily, Daniel, Richard and the whole team. We had a major refurbishment project involving a new kitchen and pantry, 4 new bathrooms/shower rooms and a cloakroom. Walls had to be taken down and the existing rooms gutted. Emily was extraordinarily attentive and her design ideas proved to be top rate. You will probably only do this scale of project once or twice in a lifetime and Sanctuary proved an excellent and totally reliable choice. This was all achieved during a period of lock down and Emily went to great lengths to ensure that our project was completed within our timescale.”

“I had the pleasure to work with Sam and Lloyd on many projects over the years. I can honestly say they are the best people I ever had the pleasure to deal with. Since the first time I spoke to Sam, he put my mind at ease straight away, showing knowledge and already giving me an idea of the possible causes to the plumbing issue I had. Lloyd knows his stuff about plumbing and heating and he’s one of the few people left in London who can get your Aga or Rayburn up and running again. Is rare to find professionals with such knowledge and understating of your system and appliances and I will definitely not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing, heating or any general building work carried out. If 6 stars was an option, they definitely deserve it.”

“Location was great for getting to and from Greenwich. Getting back into Central London was also easy (lots of public transport options) Room was great. Had everything we needed for a comfortable couple of nights. Loved the little fully equipped kitchenette. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Reception was really busy when we arrived (and housekeeping were struggling to turn rooms around so there were people waiting) however, I'd checked in on line before travelling and our room was ready and waiting (so would definitely recommend acting on the check in email before arriving). Reception staff were brilliant (it was clearly very busy but they were so polite). Megan was extremely helpful and friendly. Reception is staffed 24 hours and doors lock late evening so it felt really safe and secure (for two female guests) . Area is fine, co-op across the road, right next to the DLR and bus stops outside. We walked to and from Greenwich (takes 20-25 minutes. 6-7 minute walk to New Cross railway station too. Would definitely use Staycity again whether Deptford Bridge or other location.”

“I stayed in a family room. The room was clean and there was a good cot for our baby. But the staff were the real standout. When our 3 year old was sick in the middle of the night, the staff were incredibly helpful providing towels, clean bedding very quickly.”

“Always comfortable rooms and great service at this very centrally located Premier Inn hub. Is located right next to West Brompton Station and only a short walk from Earl's Court so perfect for getting into the centre of London and anywhere across the city. Some lovely pubs opposite and close by and lots of places to eat in the area. We arrived early to ask to leave our bags and were told our room was ready, which was fantastic. We also needed some tickets printing and Aliah on the front desk could not have been more helpful. Excellent service and a good comfortable hotel for a short stay, if booked early then excellent value too, highly recommended.”
