Oxhey Activity Park
● OpenWiggenhall Road, Watford WD18 0EZ, United Kingdom“What an amazing place. It was rammed with skateboarders, bikers and folk on scooters. So many people that it felt totally safe. Some adults and older children doing impressive jumps etc and the only issues were the small car park and being nearly knocked over by someone on a scooter. But since she was only about 5 it wasn't too scary. Great to watch. Wish I could of had a go.”

Rickmansworth Aquadrome
● Closed“You can walk and walk and...... as long or short as you like. Around every corner there's something new. The walk along the canal is a total change to the paths around the lakes. Watch out for loose dogs, a big issue. Excellent free parking. Approach road to the car park is tricky. Turn left at the pub as the sign is virtually hidden. It's in the same road as Tesco. Cafe in the Park has yummy cakes but the wait is ........ too long at peak times so chill'ish. Enjoy”

Take a picnic (there's an ice cream hut selling teas and coffees, cold drink etc) a picnic blanket and a handful of spare clothes and towels. That's a free day out sorted! Parking however is coin only and about £6 in change will see you right. You can also fill up your water bottles at the water fountain free of charge and changing/toilet facilities are available aswell.”

Inspire: Luton Sports Village
● Open“Paul&Debra Routledge My wife and I haven been using the village for many years my wife douse classes (float fit/palartis /aqua fit and any other classs she can book) my grand children use swimming and diving . I mainly use the gym for cardio and waights . I have been using a gym for more than some 40 years and never seen boys of 16 years of age being allowed to be squatting 3 plates (140kg) with one of your gym guys egging him on at that age he will have problems with legs back and joints .also the noise levels are upsetting to the lady's. All your guys and girls that work don't seem to have any concern for any safe form of lifting or machine use .Other gym users are showing new people the correct way to lift . There's a group of 4/5 lads around 16/17 still in school that have zero gym etiquette never sanitize after use also show inappropriate behavior on a personal level with each other. As there are 5 of them they hog a machine for far longer than is fair .l love our gym with the new machines and space I believe it to be the best family vercility in Bedfordshire all your people on the desk are always smiling with a happy word . I use the village 4/5 times a week I have major back and joint issues but I leave the gym smiling pain free !! I hope I am not sounding to critical but some one is going to get hurt . I thank you for a clean well equiped gym with easy access and free parking at a better than fair membership cost My best Paul MMA record the leads to the”

Rosebery Park
● Open“Great Park. Great Location. I can only assume it is for the privileged people of Epsom. No parking in the park itself. Parking in the Town centre. If you want to take a picnic to the park you don't really want to look at your watch every few minutes. Three hours to take a picnic in the park and wonder around the town to support local businesses wouldn't be unreasonable. Few minutes over 3 hours in the car park £12. . Scare wonder high street businesses are closing down. You don't have to be a millionaire to visit Epsom but it certainly helps. Maybe the council simply just keep Epsom for the locals. Best Wishes Peter Appleby”

Streatham Common
● Closed“We strolled, at gaudy Vapor trailed sunset, past the iridescent fun fair, permanently locked into a pastiche of the 1990s. The southern path, furthest from the noise and exhaust fumes of the two urban dual carriageways, sees impromptu family parties being held, with gazebos, camping chairs, food to share. Lazing and chatting in the luxurious ebbing heatwave evening. Like ‘76, the worn sections of the pathways lose their grass cover to the west and tear of joggers and walkers, then the bare clay beneath splits open as it is exposed to the overly hot, climate change heat. We sit at the top of the rise, and the plaque on the bench points out Rose Hill, in front of it St Helier Hospital, both barely visible now that the evening comes to an end and warm night approaches. I like this place.”
