Very friendly staff & environment, I asked a few times for changes to my hair cut throughout and he was really patient regardless. “Conveniently located on the High Street. Friendly and professional team delivers excellent customer service. Location was refurbished recently to a high standard. Because the service they deliver is second to none, they are extremely busy, therefore I recommend booking an appointment online or over the phone. The only drawback is that they are not accepting card payments at the time I am writing this review. As I don't usually carry cash on me, I had to go to Co-op for cash. Not a major issue if it's not raining ;) Hope to see card payments soon. Apart from this small inconvenient everything is spot on. Highly recommended!”

I was running late for my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, so I called the salon ahead of time to let them know I would be running 20 minutes late. The lady on other side of the line was still friendly and welcoming whereas I know that other beauty salons often turn to sound rude and annoyed about late arrivals. It is pretty much understandable as late arrivals affect other clients and the business itself. However, I liked how professionally the lady from ABX Beauty handled my phone call and I truly appreciated that she made me feel reassured. I also enjoyed the service provided by a manicurist Karina who was very thorough in her job and took the time to ensure my expectations were met (and exceeded). These people really care of you. Moreover, the facility itself is clean and neat whereas an elegant and atmospheric design of the salon makes you feel special, like a princess. I certainly highly recommend this place.”

“Ieuan has been cutting my hair for a few years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've had haircuts in the past with a couple of different barbers at the shop and all have been spot on too. I've been taking my son there for his haircut since he was old enough to sit up on his own and he always comes away looking dapper. They use an app for bookings and also take bookings via phone and walk-in which is handy. All the staff are friendly and the setup is COVID safe. Top barbers, highly recommended!”
