They were very busy but said they'd try to get it done if they had any cancellations. I strongly suspected that it was not repairable due to the position of where the nail pierced the tire. Called them at 10:45am and they confirmed they had the correct tire in store. They reacted immediately and were happy and accommodating enough to do the work the same day. The car tire was replaced within an hour of calling them. Excellent service and to add further customer value they gave a small but very much appreciated discount making the cost more average without the the need to wait for a cheaper repair. My mum is elderly and was also delighted with the service received.
