If anyone can get it, Steve and the team can do try them first. He is also really reasonable on pricing so don’t assume they are expensive as they base their business on being fair and as keen as they can be on price. We are a big Renault garage in the same town and we use Coulsdon Autos weekly and could use loads of other online places but don’t for the reasons above. “I was a bit apprehensive with a garage having a 5 star rating, after a couple of bad experiences I've had before. After having my car fixed today, I can fully said that 5 star is fully warranted. The owner, Liam is very friendly, polite and trustworthy. My car failed a MOT due to a warning light and they recommended all brakes be fixed. He was able to state what the problem was and provide the solution to it. My car was fixed within 2 days, they renewed the front brakes at a cheaper cost, and said that the rear brakes did not need to be fixed! They also offered to do my MOT free of charge and spread the cost over the year with no extra fees. If you need a reliable garage, I can highly recommend this one!”

“Arriving at Maranello, there is ample parking and after walking through the door you are welcomed with a display that is very interesting. I had to have my temperature checked my the machine, which told me I was in the normal range. Whilst waiting I was told that someone would be with me shortly and they were. I ordered my parts and wait a little whilst they were picked. This place is great as there is always stock availability for the cars. If only all car part departments were as good. Anyway, the chap took my payment with the card reader and I got a free pen. Happy days. Always a pleasure to to do business with the staff who are a tribute to the company.”

“This is a long review as the quality of service from this garage was so EXCELLENT it needs a good explanation. My Bentley GT suffered a starter motor burn out following water getting into the kessy unit and triggering the starter motor until it burnt out. Had the car taken to one of the garages associated with Bentley and the price that they quoted lets just say was a huge amount (5 figures). As a fairly new Bentley owner was not sure if that price was reasonable, so set out to get a couple more quotes. I wanted to get a like for like quote so sent the itemised quote from the main dealer garage without the price to a couple of garages. One of those garages was The Prasads Automotive Ltd that I found after doing a google search. I did some checks on reviews and got a quote for the repair from them. The quote did surprise me as it was much lower than what the main dealer associated garage quoted me as well as lower than the other garage that gave a quote. I had a lengthy chat with David at The Prasads Automotive Ltd and he sounded like a man that knew exactly what was wrong with my car even without seeing it, as the car was still in the other garage, and told me exactly what needed doing. Learning that David had over 25 years of experience working on Bentleys also helped (I checked him out on LinkedIn too). I decided to book my car in to The Prasads Automotive Ltd and David arranged for the car to be towed over to him from the other garage and started work on it straight away. The whole engine needed to be taken out to replace the starter motor. Also the interior had to be stripped out as water had got into the interior. The service that The Prasads Automotive Ltd provided was more than 5 star, with David keeping me informed and updated daily on progress, highlighting any other issues that needed addressing as he gave the car a once over, sending me photos via WhatsApp of things that he found. This level of customer service was above the call of duty and was really appreciated. I got a couple of other jobs done on the car including service, which was not something I had to do, but thought as the car was in the garage, I might as well get the jobs done. Even with the additional works, the price I paid was still significantly lower than the quote from the other 2 garages for the main job. I got the car back with a full valet done on it and the works was completed ahead of schedule. The overall customer service was EXCELLENT, Quality of work was EXCELLENT, Price was EXCELLENT and great value for money and David was a true PROFFESSIONAL. I highly recommend them.
