“Great service from Ronnie and the team in Kwik Fit South Harrow. Called them of the of chance they had a particular tire in store when I found a nail on my mums tire in the morning. I strongly suspected that it was not repairable due to the position of where the nail pierced the tire. Called them at 10:45am and they confirmed they had the correct tire in store. They reacted immediately and were happy and accommodating enough to do the work the same day. The car tire was replaced within an hour of calling them. Excellent service and to add further customer value they gave a small but very much appreciated discount making the cost more average without the the need to wait for a cheaper repair. My mum is elderly and was also delighted with the service received. I would not hesitate to use this particular Kwik Fit in a heartbeat should I need any other work done on any of our cars in the future. A* service all round thanks !”

“They went above and beyond for us to be honest, did us a massive favour when finalising at the end and a mixup with the 3rd party's insurance. The standard of work is equally high as well, you wouldn't have known the car had been involved in an rta at all. Also guaranteed the work for life and said to bring back anytime if there was an issue with anything they did and they'd resolve it for free. Anyhow I asked around for quotes to repair the damage. The average was around £650. Therefore I was ecstatic when Smart Repairs could do it for £450. I've posted some pics of before and after. I would recommend this place. The man told me to drop it on Monday and it would be ready by Wednesday and true to his word it all ran very smoothly. Top man. However I hope never to return.”
