“This was by far the most wonderful experience on our London trip. Ollie was incredibly responsive and helpful in booking our tour. Neil was our guide and brought so much joy and fun facts to our afternoon of sightseeing. Our entire family enjoy it! I would recommend this to anyone visiting London.”
Bonoo Indian Tapas | Number 1 restaurant in London on Tripadvisor
“We were told this was the best Indian Restaurant in London and they were right! From the beautiful decor to the super accommodating and friendly staff, this place is a must! The Chicken Lollipops were the most delicious wings we have ever had. The Buttery Chicken was just as good. We will definitely be coming back! Great experience!”

East London Liquor Company
“They do a mean negroni! Fantastic mezcal twist on my favourite drink, strong and smoky, this alone is a reason to come! Adding to that the fabulous patio, the cosy indoor and the fact that the drinks are distilled onsite, all of that makes this place the perfect boozy oasis in the middle of East London!”
The Green Man Pub & Courtyard Restaurant
“Shared a table with 10 others for our annual walking group Xmas Lunch I had a pate starter with Roast Beef as a Main course & traditional Xmas pud to finish. The whole meal & experience was excellent, a great vegetable selection with the Main course. The staff get an A* for not fussing “is everything all right” constantly, just after serving. A great experience, Well done Chef for an excellent meal & thank you ladies for your great service!”
The Prince of Wales Pub
“Popped in to watch the world cup. Great friendly pub. Nice educated people and family vibes. Like generally the area. Recommended for families and chilled people”
Hand in Hand
“This is definitely one of my favourite pubs in the Wimbledon area, it’s so nice in the summer months and nice and cozy inside in the winter. Being part of the Youngs pubs in the area I’m surprised they have so many, and they survive, but I’m glad to say they are surviving. They always have a nice selection of beers, today we had a proper local ale the “Wimbledon Brewery Pale Ale” which is such a great local brewery. They had a nice warm fire burning, but due to our timing we needed to sit out side and they have a great out door area. I can’t comment on what the food is like at present, but historically I have always felt satisfied, but like all the youngs pubs in the area, especially compared to my locals it is slightly punchy. For example 3 beers and a pint of Diet Coke came to £21 I’ve included a picture of the toilets as a lot can be said about a pubs toilets, and these were nice and clean and well maintained. Our only gripe is that the glasses were a little dirty, it looked like the dishwasher filter needed changing. Not enough to complain about and embarrass ourselves. It looked like lemon or lime fragments, which I’m not so precious I had to take my pint back and complain about.”
The Hope Pub
“Excellent bitter which is always well kept. Good doses of downbeat humour from the landlord, some lively contributions from customers.”
The Woodbine - Irish Pub
“Lovely boozer with loads of screens showing the World Cup. It was nicely busy so a really good atmosphere and even had some Dutch fans in there which was a laugh. Lunch was good and reasonably priced, which the drinks were too. Will certainly be back.”
Star & Garter Pub
“This pub continues to be one of the very best in London. Always an exceptional range of keg beers available from the elite of craft beer. Their cask beer is always incredibly well kept, perfectly conditioned. The staff are also really sweet and helpful, and their hand soaps are always fun. Quite simply - the best pub in London.”
Bruschetta - Italian Restaurant in Fulham
“Finally a first class Italian restaurant on our door step. It is a new place and my wife and I , experienced Brusketta last Friday for my Birthday. The service and attention to detail was excellent. The food - my wife had octopus and truffled potatoes, myself steak and mushrooms , both dishes and our starters were phenomenal. We were looked after the moment we entered the restaurant until we left. If you like first class Italian food and great friendly service I highly recommend Brusketta.”
Amaretto Ristorante Pizzeria Golders Green, LONDON
“Just popped in for late coffee with friends. Everyone else was eating. We got a warm welcome, really nice relaxed atmosphere. Their Affogatto was the best I've ever tried.”
The Flintgate - Weybridge Pub
“Lovely pub this, food was excellent, the burger was one of best I have had in long time. Loads of space to sit outdoors, with pods and benches and canopy and parasol. Highly recommend this pub especially if you are a large group. Have a great selection of beers and drinks on offer.”
Rose & Crown Pub
“Really tempting and varied menu and portion sizes were good. Fish cake starter was delicious, with the salted beetroot and dukkah wellington was an interesting and filling take on a Sunday roast”
The Lordship Pub
“From not visiting since this pub was The Mag 7 years ago have just returned from another superbly cooked Sunday lunch (twice in 2 weeks). Without doubt the best Sunday lunch in the surrounding areas. Last week we all had the beautifully cooked rare roast beef (actually rare which is .......rare!) accompanied by a large fluffy Yorkshire, crisp green beans and peas and carrots that still had a bit of a crunch. Covered in a very lovely gravy. Our 10 year old daughter, who is quite a fussy eater, had gravy on the side and Iggy our very friendly waitress quite happily swapped out roast potatoes for chips. A shared flavoursome, but light sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream rounded off a great Sunday lunch. A very good and extensive wine list, we opted for a bottle of the Italian house red which was light and went well with the beef. We have just returned from our second visit. Iggy immediately acknowledged our us and who said " I remember you" to our daughter "Adult sized rare roast beef" . However, this afternoon my wife wanted to try the port belly and out daughter was unsure. Our very friendly waiter, Alex, said to our daughter, "If you don't like it, we will happily swap out to beef" taking the pressure off. The good sizes pork belly was amazing, hint of fennel and pull apart, melt in your mouth meat, topped with a light and crunchy crackling (not a soggy/ hard bit in sight). To be fair we were all quite full, but managed some stilton and a dessert wine, our daughter couldn't be tempted ...to another sticky pudding (so no photo). The very friendly and professional manager Chris runs the team well and good to see new joints on the side in the open kitchen at 5pm. Only concern about booking later than we had last week would be that the quality might not be maintained, but if anything, my rare beef and everything else was even better than our lunch at 1.30 last Sunday. The Lordship have Sunday lunch nailed and will be returning soon. Keep up the good work Chris and the team, Sunday Lunch should be easy, but so many pubs fail in this area. Will continue to be a firm Sunday lunch favourite of ours. See you soon! Had another very lovely Sunday lunch here on the 29th May. We had a lovely welcome from the manager Chris and were again expertly looked after by the excellent team Alex (who greeted us like friends) and Elise who is new and equally friendly and professional. We all opted for the roast lamb, expertly cooked, delicious and pink. Keep up the good work and see you on the 19th June for Fathers Day. No pressure!! Terence, Anouska and Phelix”
The Grange Pub
“It’s the most accessible and inclusive pub in Bermondsey. It combines the atmosphere of a pub and good quality restaurant in one. There are few pubs in the area you can enjoy a drink in the warmth and actually be able to hear and have a good conversation with friends. It’s beautifully decorated and has a back garden with heaters. It has a friendly vibe - staff like to get to know customers needs and even if you just want to come a chill out with a book in peace you’re completely welcome. * Dog friendly * Chilled space with wifi to work or read * Lovely food - real pizza oven * Great atmosphere which encourages good customers * Zero tolerance for rowdy or aggressive customers * Good selections of drinks and wines As a female, I often enjoys a quiet drink with a book after work. In other pubs in the area I can find myself being harassed or males come, sit and wont leave me alone despite my requests. I’ve never had a problem here. The owner and staff are clear this is a space for everyone to feel comfortable and have a zero tolerance for rude, rowdy or aggressive customers.”
The White Hart Pub & Carvery Steakhouse
“Beautiful pub and lovely staff, I'm not from eltham originally and since I moved here this pub and staff have made me feel so welcome. Emelda the landlady his absolutely lovely and Ash the dj on a Saturday plays some great Reggae.”
Oddfellows Irish Pub
“The odd fellows is the most friendliness pub in Dartford best beer always live music”
Wombat's City Hostel London
“Situated in a very convenient location in Central London. I went to Vombat during my office visit. Front office service was very quick and the staff was very friendly. Provided detailed information about the facility. The rooms were very nice. I've met lots of nice people there. All the beds are provided with very clean linen and a separate locker. Washrooms were also clean and tidy but it depends on whom you are in your dorm. They have a nice cozy bar on the ground floor and a separate laundry and a kitchen as well. Worth the price and very cheap compared to the other same kind of facilities in London.”
Bong Thai (Punch Bowl Pub)
“Food is excellent, thai restaurant in one side of traditional pub, friendly atmosphere, nice old building but the food is the main thing. Always leaves you wanting more, unless you go for the set menu, which is great value and a super selection of dishes. I'm already looking forward to going again.”
Caldesi In Marylebone - Italian Restaurant
“This restaurant is perfect in every way. Have been three times now, either sharing a few dishes for a quick lunch or having a more formal dinner. The food is faultless, atmosphere is wonderful day or night, and the service makes every visit a pleasure.”
Made in Italy
“Since the Wimbledon branch closed we were missing Made in Italy. The food was amazing and the service was exceptional. Sharing board had so many different tastes as well as pizza’s sourdough taste was distinct! I can say their pizza is one of the pest. Montepulciano wine we had was leaving a funny after taste. When told, our glasses were exchanged with wine from a new bottle immediately. I knocked the new wine glass but even that was replaced! Friendly staff and excellent Itallian food - Made in Italy continues to be our favorite!! Thank you:)”
The Greyhound Pub Hendon Village
“Lovely staff. Really friendly and welcoming, I have popped into this lovely pub after a long walk to wait for my partner, so sit alone for a little while. The staff are just wonderful. Dog friendly too. The Sunday roasts looked amazing!”
The Greyhound Pub
“Had a lovely Sunday lunch at the Greyhound Pub. The staff was super friendly, ordering via their app in January gives you a £10 off the bill, which is a bonus. Had the vegetarian burger and it was delicious, we cleaned the plate! Chips were cooked to perfection. I definitely recommend it and it’s dog friendly too, so if you have a furry friend, you can take him/her with you.”
Orange Tree Pub
“Excellent pub in Richmond , Nicole is wonderful and her team are great. One of the best pubs in London”
Inn 1888 Pub & Pizzeria.
“Traditional interiors and exceptionally friendly proprietors, Enzo & Gabriel — this pub is great for a quick drink on your way or as a local, where you will always get a warm welcome. A good tip is to sit outside on picnic tables and watch Marylebone flow by (and if the tables are all busy, you can stand around the corner in the mew, the brassed windowsills to hold your drink).”
Windmill Pub Clapham
“Had Christmas dinner here! Lovely vibe, with great interior aesthetics. The three course meal was delicious. Definitely worth it. Service was on point too.”
The Alma Pub
“Fantastic service. Friendly and helpful staff who went the extra mile to make the stay pleasant. Great room with comfortable bed. Slight hiccup with getting the TV switched to Sky. But compensated by the great interaction with Eddie.”
