“Reply for mr. V Patel! I'm not agree with you. I'm one of the barbers from Classique Hair Salon and on that day you called for an appoiment at 1pm. At 1:15pm you wasn't there so i had to take another customer because it was really busy and we had bookings all the day every 30 minutes. And you also said that nobody told anything when you came in or ask you something, but when you arrived you didn't said that you have booking at 1pm, you just came inside without saying anything. When it's so busy we can't stay focused on the door all the time when someone is coming in, we are sorry about that. You should said something but you didn t tell us anything about your appoiment, it was just miss comunication. We' re really sorry for what happened that day! All the best!”

“The staff at Violets salon in Preston Road are very professional, polite, friendly, helpful and demonstrate excellent customer service. The hair stylist was very knowledgeable, experienced and knew my hair type, requirements and even gave her advice in hair care, products and styling tips for aftercare and maintenance. She coloured my hair to tone it down and match my roots perfectly, treated it with conditioner and really showed care and sensitivity using the products on my damaged hair. A perfect cut and blow dry to finish and an aftercare consultation to inform me on the best products and hair care routine. The manager knows her clients well and confidently leads her staff. The additional eyebrows tint, threading and manicures were completed to perfection! A highly recommended beauty and hair salon and would go back for the cost, staff and services. It is my number one salon and each treatment is high quality. 5 stars! Thank you to everyone at Violets.”

“On Friday 24th Feb, a small group of us had dinner at Studio Five. The food and service were excellent - honestly, I couldn't fault it. The place was fairly empty, but that was fine for us. We were served by a lady, Tina - she was outstanding. I would definitely revisit.”

“A few people have mentioned this place, so I thought must give this place a try / first things first parking be prepared to walk.. and if you get in the car park there is a game of Russian roulette you will have to play if people who got in before you want to leave. This place in terms of food and hospitality 100% spot on felt like home..the staff were really brilliant I definitely want one of those buttons for service at home.. Personal Thanks to Dharmesh, (apologies if I have spelt your name wrong) who even though we hadn’t booked kindly managed to find us a table for two on a fully booked night. If you like Bollywood, the singers are awesome on a Friday Night absolutely brilliant night well worth going but highly recommend booking a table. It was busy. Food well what can I say I just wanted picky food it was just to warm to eat a full on meal - but you could just tell how good the other dishes must be the place was packed and trust me the items we order were just delicious ordered Veg Noodles,Chilli Paneer and the Crispy Bindhi..perfectly spiced arrived steaming hot and just tasted delicious..one to visit again and again..loved it !!”

“I tried this branch of Tops Pizza for the first time yesterday. Ordered the Supersize one and after tasting it, good gosh! What an amazingly tasty pizza it was! The toppings, the dough, the crust, the cheese. Everything was perfect! Fresh and flavoursome. I've had Tops Pizza from other branches and they can be a hit or miss but this one definitely is a big hit! There were 2 female staffs working at the time I went to order my pizza and I think they really put the care and attention into preparing them. The pizza was so damn good that I would order it again! Please keep the standard of quality like this and you will always have customers coming for more!”

“What a lovely friendly place to spend time with family and friends. Booked for 10 people as we haven't seen some for over a year, so wanted to make it special. Not disappointed at all, we asked if we could bring our two beagle dogs, that wasn't a problem either, they were under the table. The staff were very friendly and helpful, drinks arrived quickly and the meal arrived in good time too. The quality and range of food was brilliant, we were so impressed on the first night we booked again for later that week. Highly recommended, will definitely be visiting again next time we are in the area. Well worthy of 5 stars.....”
