Attentive service staff in Southall

“Firstly, the staff were brilliant and very friendly. The food was very tasty and the portion was good. The food was also reasonably priced and arrived within the expected time. The atmosphere was at the correct temperature as well as the decor being very nice. As the food arrived the staff made sure we had everything and if we needed anything else, even half way through our meal they asked if there was anything more we wanted, this showed customer service at it's best. Will definitely recommend this place as I will be coming here whenever I come to Southall.”

“A honest and professional garage. I was looking for a new mechanic and I came across Punjab Autos. I read their reviews and made a call and spoke to Ali. “A truly great jeweller with no hidden cost and goes above and beyond to get the ring / item of jewellery which you need. In Southall you have many jewellers, but Ramesh Jewellers gave me the best experience. Customer service was 10/10, did not try and sell me something which was outside of my budget and gave me good advice and knowledge I will refer to when making any jewellery purchase. Give them your budget and a realistic time frame and they deliver. I personally bought a engagement ring and not only was it on time but built to my specification with some bespoke touched. Nothing I said was a challenge to them and they were in constant communication with me throughout the process. Please visit as they was the best jewellers I used.”

“What an amazing company to deal with. Our original Caterers for our wedding cancelled with 3 weeks to go for our wedding and Inder and his team at Apna Punjab provided us a tasting session and a competitive price and provided some of the best food I’ve eaten and especially so fresh for my wedding in cornwall, Wadebridge. They travelled over 200 miles and cooked all the food fresh at the venue. The service was efficient and very high praise from all the guests at the wedding. Thank you so much Inder and your team!”

“Can`t comment on quality of products only customer service. Ordered two mattresses for over £900, however on the next day requested a cancelation of my order, because I was still unsure what type of mattresses to buy. Gouldy was very kind on the phone, he put my order on hold giving me time to decide and offered me different options, explaining that if I cancel I will incure fees as per their Terms & Conditions. At the end I decided to cancel my order. My refund was very quick and I was charged £50 administration fees for my cancelation. I will be more careful before placing orders in the future.”

“Tops pizza (southall) is one of my favourite places for pizza. I am a regular customer here as they offer a wide range of veg and non veg pizzas. People here are crazy about their sides and dips. The fiery chicken wings here are better than the KFC chicken buckets. They not only serve you the tastiest pizzas, but are much affordable when compared to other places operating in a mile or two. The portion size is great and can help you fill your tummy and heart. The staff is well trained, professional and polite with their customers which is a must for retaining the customers like me during busy hours. The priority given to customer satisfaction at tops southall is what made me the a regular visitor. Best time to visit are weekdays to enjoy their pizzas with clean dining (as they are mostly full on weekends and wait time increases). Would love to suggest this place to all my all my vegetarian and non vegetarian friends (including the one looking for halal topping options).”
