“Izzy was the vet whom saw me and my kitten. Having experience of many vets , and being able to let you know that I have been to Goddard in Northolt , I can already say IN JUST ONE VISIT, that you’re miles ahead . Miles ahead . We have not had good experiences at Goddard and thought we could trust a recognised brand. But myself and my wife can say we are vet4pets for life . The vet who saw me was empathetic to the feelings I had when I lost my last few kittens and cats to extremely rare diseases. Rare as such that the RVC took my kittens as patients for free because they wanted to see what they could do solve the situation. The lead vet who used to work at Goddard ( Alexander ) really reminds me of Izzy, just a gentle and nice person . The rest of Goddard have no empathy or understanding”

Our server was attentive and made sure that our experience was enjoyable. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and was perfect for our special occasion. I especially enjoyed the peri-peri chicken and the side dishes. The portions were generous and we left feeling satisfied. Furthermore, the staff were accommodating and accommodating the table regularly, ensuring that the table was always clean and neat, making sure that any spills were promptly cleaned up, The restaurant was also very clean and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend Nando's for any special occasion or just for a casual dinner. It's a great place to take the family and it's definitely worth the price! 5 stars!”

“I had the Pani Puri, lamb chops and Saag Paneer. I've never had Pani Puri before but I would definitely recommend it in this restaurant, you put the spicy water into the ball with the chickpea and potato, then eat the hole thing in one bite. It's an excellent starter, I'll have it again the next time I visit.”

“Very helpful and professional. However, be aware that if you are going for blood tests they only see the first 36 people who arrive. Thereafter the blood clinic closes. Also beware that it is a very busy clinic and waiting times are over an hour. Get there early”

“A 70-year-old Hermès Kelly bag that I inherited was expertly restored by Ducane. I had no expectations whatsoever because it has suffered severe damage and fraying from years of heavy use. But when Ducane examined the bag, I was really pleased with his proficiency. My expectations were wholly surpassed when I returned to pick it up. The bag appeared to be in excellent condition, and the broken parts had been gently repaired. I'm happy to be able to continue wearing this bag for many years because it holds a lot of sentimental meaning for me. “I ordered an egg and bacon roll a bacon and sausage roll with two teas everything about the food even the rolls were delicious is firmly my favourite cafe in London staff are friendly and chat with you I even went in for a takeaway a few days prior to today and we were offered a free drink whilst we waited on the house as they were busy now thats what I call exceptional customer service I can't recommend this cafe enough if you use any other cafe in the northolt or greenford area then you will be missing out thank you to everyone in the cafe today from zoe and sacha see you soon guys!”

Lovely staff, and never any problems getting an appointment when necessary. We use the monthly pet plan service for flea and worming treatments, which includes two appointments or checkups per year and works out as good value.”
