The salon is always immaculate both before and during Covid19 and a high level of attention and care has been taken during these tough times and standards that need to be in place. I've also asked Rebecca for product advice during lockdown and she has gone above and beyond my expectations on the service she has provided. “Both my son's have attended Stars In Worcester park from the age of 9 months old. I have always been extremely happy with how the staff nurture my children. Leaving your baby with someone for the first time is always nerve wracking but Stars not only care for the children but are good at supporting us as parents too. Both my children have allergies, which the team at Stars take very seriously and ensure they carry out my wishes and stick to action plans. My children have made good progress here in the warm, fun environment that has been created. My eldest son graduated from Stars in July 2019 and is now thriving at primary school. I believe that Stars laid down good foundations for him in the way of following routines and becoming familiar with numeracy and literacy. He is articulate and confident and I believe that this was developed during his time at nursery. The team are professional with clear practices and procedures. A very happy mum.”

“I received such amazing, friendly and professional service from this salon. I actually left feeling so good about my hair- which is rare. Amy did a fantastic job fixing a terrible previous haircut. I was given honest advice and my opinions were taken into consideration too. Amy was so reassuring and welcoming. I was given a drink and some biscuits- always a treat! Finally, Amy was so accommodating of my needs (I wear a headscarf) and she kindly placed me in a private seat. The service I received was excellent. The environment feels safe as they are taking all necessary precautions being in the midst of the covid-pandemic, keeping numbers low at any time and staff all wearing masks. “Kim's is a hidden gem in Worcester Park. I went there a few months ago for a full head of highlights and a cut. I usually go to another local hairdresser, but they were booked that day, so I took a punt and went to Kim's. I must say, I was so pleasantly surprised. Honestly, it was one of the best cut and highlight I've EVER had. Kim did my hair, and he was so meticulous. My highlights were perfect... close to the root and very natural looking. And the cut was even better... no blunt ends, with the right amount of layers and body. I have long blonde hair and can be very particular about my cut. Kim seemed to have the magic touch and everything was just right. Kim's is now my new local hairdresser and I would recommend him to anyone.”

If you want your nails done at a certain time I would book as it gets extremely busy, but bookings take presence over walk ins.”

“I had my hair dyed at another salon and the blonde had started to turn a bit yellow. I booked an appointment with Tracy at The Tops and she applied a light toner over the colour I already had, to tone down the yellow and give it more of a natural look. I am very happy with the results! Tracy also recommended a conditioner which would help maintain this colour which I love! I would definitely recommend the Tops friendly service and reasonable prices!”
