I turned up unannounced and Michelle was an absolute treasure making time to see me to discuss my needs and then managed to find time on another day for my daughter and I to visit her shop to look at her dresses. Having met my daughter Michelle completely got what she wanted and why, which was great. We now have a very happy young lady , a beautiful dress and shop we will definitely visit again. “If only there were 6 stars! Mini Rodini is fabulous, yes, but at the end of the day, a retail shop is only as good as its people. From my first visit to the store my toddler and I were made to feel at home. They welcomed her, offering immediately to close the shop door to the side wall so that she could run freely around the store. (Thoughtful!) They are personable, helpful and very kind. Rogerio is amazing at suggesting pieces for her knowing what I like, keeps you in the know for specials in London and will always hold a size for you to pick up. The team has made me even more loyal to the brand, and now I shop solely in store versus online. Obrigada!”

He reviewed and double-checked the documents I provided were sufficient for the application and that all the information I provided were accurate. “Very friendly staff who are highly knowledgeable of their products and provide amazing design skills to execute a project. We bought our German kitchen and all the electric equipment which was designed and supplied by Prestige and fitted by our own carpenter, but the team paid undivided attention during the fitting process and ensured we were happy with the outcome at every step of the way. During the fitting period, we encountered a little issue to which Mohammed came directly to the site to address the issue and gave his professional advise to assess and correct the matter (even though the sale been completed). The team worked very closely with our fitters and Mohammed visited the project at different occasions to make sure everything was fitted clinically. Overall, amazing service and outstanding professionalism, would always recommend such good service to anyone buying a new kitchen and would always use them if l ever I have another opportunity to buy new kitchen.
