The Oriental
“The food tasted nicely They cook it around 15 minutes so you don’t have to wait that much”
Silk Road
“There are not many Xinjiang restaurants in London. I have passed by this restaurant many times and have not tried it. Today I finally have the opportunity. There were already a lot of people at 2pm on a Sunday, but the food was served quickly. My friend said that he couldn't taste the Xinjiang flavor, and the dishes were all spicy, but we all felt that the taste was good, and the price was affordable.”
Silver Palace
“This is the best Chinese ! I have been going here for 15+ years (as long as I can remember). The people are lovely and friendly. They are super efficient too. Their prices are so good. Usually a takeaway from here is about half the price it is from other places in the area. It is a must-go to in Finsbury Park, there's no where I crave more when I go away etc. Recommendations as a vegetarian: the yellow bean tofu, sweet and sour tofu or satay tofu (all so good). The egg/vegetable fried rice is lovely. Seaweed and prawn crackers are great. For meat-eaters, the crispy duck is great with pancakes and so is the crispy chilli beef, among lots of other dishes. Thanks for making such delicious food. And always different art on the walls!”
Three Uncles
“Popped by for lunch and got the 2 meat lunch box set (roast duck and crispy roast pork). Portions were decent compared to other canto bbq lunch restaurants in London. The meats were also top standard for lunch and you also get a portion of veg. Decent amount of seating and the place in general is very clean with a modern interior. The service is very friendly. My only comment is their additional sauces are 1 pound each which is too expensive in my opinion.”
Pagoda Inn
“Best Chinese, never go anywhere else, would rather not have chinese than order elsewhere. Never had a bad meal and been using 10 years +”
Imperial Dynasty
“Amazing service from start to finish. Not my first time here and I will definitely be returning. Alongside this I would highly recommend to friends and family as it is child friendly. Thank you and good luck in the future.”
Donburi - St.Paul's -
“Amazing food and fasr service. Too bad it's only open for lunch which can be quite a queue.”
Kanella & Co.
“Please be warned, if you opt for the almond croissant, you will probably not need any more food for the rest of the day. It is a meal on its own!! And, their coffee is the perfect accompaniment”
Miah's Oriental Foods
“I am so happy finally we have a shop like this on our door step. If it had a butcher section it would be perfect. The staff are so helpful. Food is great and well priced. Love it”
NOPI
“An amazing meal. Loved just being able to share lots of dishes. There was not one dish that we didn't enjoy. As a main dish it was really good but I thought £22 for the courgette main plate was a little punchy. Pork Belly was my fav.”
The Station House
“I've known this pub since '97. Back then it was...odd. Acton was....scary. While Acton come gentrified, this pub became a hub. Has been run for many years by lovely Italian people. Pizzas are amazing. Venue amazing. Great beer garden, come summer or winter. I used to come here with my sons to grab a beer and relax, after nursery.”
Kokoro Woking
“Food were good! A lot of selection and you can mix and match. Staff were so nice! Will come back for more ☺️”
Sokury
“OMG I love this place, been going since it opened & still visit from out of county to get our fix! Small establishment but have never been disappointed with the food & would definitely recommend.”
Pokie & Roll
“Returning customers. Great food served in front of you. Very clean and various foods for all. The atmosphere is great and staff are really friendly and welcoming. It's our favourite place to eat in Kingston. They are also generous with the food so you won't leave feeling hungry. Give this place a try. Ps. Me and my wife love the pokie and roll.”
itsu
“The staff here are very friendly and the veggie options are great. I got their miso dumpling soup and it was very good - especially or a rainy day in London.”
Kami
“A fantastic place to eat. We ate here before the Ash gig at the O2 up the street. We're massive Japanese food fans and this didn't disappoint. Thick juicy salmon sashimi, tasty eel, crispy soft shell crab and prawn tempura. All topped off with a good beer. To make it even better the manager (see pic) is brilliant, funny, flirty and makes it a joy to eat there.”
Yama Momo
“One of the best Japanese restaurants I've been too. What a treat and got to sit right at the back of the restaurant. When arriving the staff were super friendly and very helpful with the menu and drink choices, it was a smooth experience. I ended up staying right till the end as the time flew by. An excellent choice of dishes to choose from, sushi to grill meats and right across the board. Cocktails are so delicious, and a nice effort was made from them. Transport wise, easy to park in and around the area and North Dulwich station is just around the corner. Overall, very lovely and I hope you have the same experience or makes you want to go. Solid A***** LDT x”
The Sushi Bar Brick Lane
“The food was really delicious but sizes were a little small. Price was reasonable and cheaper than other sushi restaurants. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this place.”
TARO - WALTHAMSTOW
“A little renovated restaurant with stalls for each table. Lovely atmosphere. We came in for lunch right after they opened and the owner greeted us in a very humble and friendly way. We had ramen, takoyaki, and their signature dish chicken teridon. Everything was super tasty and well cooked! We’ll be back often!”
Shan Shui, Chinese Kitchen
“Great food and bubble tea. The Shan Shui dumplings were a delight, they have different coloured skins, for example the pink colour from beetroot juice. Tempting spin on eggs Benedict, which comes with roast duck. They carefully asked about allergies which was a good sign they cared. They were a little understaffed so weren't able to open the section with the view, other that the food and service was great, it will be my go to place at Terminal 2!”
The Star, Malden Rushett
“Really really really nice chicken and rib combo. Had the garlic and her dough balls to start also and they were nice. Was disappointed with the apple crumble as there wasn't much apple, and the crumble was a bit well done. Lovely outdoor seating area at both front and back. Little booth/huts which have heaters and plastic zip down covers also. Will definitely return! Had the same main meal again today and still great! Service was a bit slow but was quite busy.”
Kathmandu Tandoori Twickenham
“This is our regular curry restaurant. We've been coming here for many years. It used to be called The Gurkha Kitchen but they changed the name, although the staff and menu remained the same. The food is well prepared, tasty and reasonably priced. I could just deduct one star as there are parts of the restaurant that could with a lick of paint, but as the food and friendly service are so good, I want to stick with a full star count. I can recommend it.”
Asiatique Thai Restaurant - East Sheen
“What a wonderful experience. Every dish was so flavoursome & had fresh ingredients. The staff was so attentive & welcoming- great service, lovely ambience & we will definitely be back. Lil upset no mango stickrice but overall great experience.”
Spoon & Rice Boxpark Wembley
“Great choice of local food on their menu. I went for the pork belly with rice, including salad, and springs rolls as a starter/side. Sauce was tangy but not overbearing as the rice and salad helps balance the taste. Vast restaurants here, and would recommend if you’re looking to try a different cuisine!”
Wamimichi Noodle Bar
“Real Hong Kong style cuisines with many HK food just like eating in Hong Kong! Hongkonger and local people must try! Very comfortable and spacy area for dining! Highly recommended!”
Bangkok Lounge Finchley
“SO good! Just had this now after work! So tasty, definitely putting this on the list of places to get good food. Place had a chill vibe as well/ I love pad thai but have a peanut allergy but they reassured me they could make everything without it and it all taster amazing!”
China Kitchen
“Been eating there since i move in brimsdown let me tell you that their food are just amazing friendly staff n super clean highly recommended”
The Bamboo Garden
“Tried this place for the first time, everything was delicious. The food was cooked just how I like Chinese (some places rice and noodles etc not the same) Spotless inside, and a (legit)5 rated food & hygiene, which is very reassuring. This is now my new local.”
