“I have used the services at Bark Lane for my dog Dixie she is a very large breed and is quite a nervous dog. She was immediately put at ease with Krystal,who seems to have the magic touch She even cut her nails, no one has ever been able to attempt this. “I joined this Dental Surgery just recently and had 3 appointments so far. They seem well organised: I received regular reminders of my appointments via text and phone, which was great. My only criticism is that l found difficult to contact them by phone as lines seem always busy. 100% satisfied with the treatments received by my lady dentist, a very competent, polite and gentle person who made me feel welcome from day one. Also she was very happy to answer to all my queries and l found this very reassuring and comforting.”

“Having lived in APO Barking for over a year, I absolutely love this place. The management are super friendly and really responsive! The APO gym is fantastic and I also use its shared co-working space all the time. I just think this whole development is a breath of fresh air in Barking! You're all doing an awesome job guys :-) P.S: the only teeny tiny thing I'd change is if we residents could use the toilet in the shared co-working space! If it's possible... that would be AWESOME”

“I had the worst back pain I have ever experienced. I was unable to walk and my back completely arched forward. After 1 session with Andy my back was completely straight. After a couple of sessions I was able to walk comfortably and unaided and without any pain. Andy is professional and tells you exactly what you have done wrong and how to fix it. He provided back exercises suited for my injury. Thank you so much Andy for helping me.”

“I used this dog boarding service when we went on holiday back in February. My puppy German shepherd was 3 months old then and I was anxious how he would be around anyone other than us. He also suffered from separation anxiety. We made Lauren aware of our concerns and also wanted some lead training done whilst he stayed there. Togo loved his first stay and learnt a lot and we also were sent picture and videos of how he was doing. Since then Togo has stayed on a number of occasions for 2-3 days at a time and I know if I make a call for advice I’ll be given correct information too.Togo is now 7 months and is always happy to stay with Lauren. It’s like he has a second set of parents and to know they are fully insured and have the correct training means I can rest assured that Togo is safe and well looked after.”

“Took my car over after hearing a small knock when turning left (only after steering right) Wasn't sure if it was anything serious. The team at the front desk were nice, explained they'll check the car over, and will contact me once all diagnostics were complete. Got a call a few hours later saying all good and that nothing was found. That the knock is a common issue amongst the 67 plate Nissan Qashqai.”

“Big thanks to Matt at the Barking branch who went above and beyond for me today. The system was down so none of my local branches were able to confirm the exact brake calipers I required, after having purchased incorrect ones (even though I used my Reg to verify fitment) he found a way around ECP's technical issue at the time (ie sourcing my vehicles PR code) in order to confirm the exact parts I needed, it was quite urgent as my car was awaiting parts at my local garage on a ramp. Matt was helpful from the outset, whilst waiting for my parts I noticed he had a good rapport with the other customers in branch as well. Make sure you guys at ECP look after him, he's a great asset to the company, quite the opposite to the service at the Bow branch that frequently displays little to no telephone etiquette plus don't alert you when your parts have arrived via click and collect. I'll deffo be purchasing from the Barking branch from here on out!”
