“Booked for 4 nights by Garvit at the desk. Super courteous chap. Rooms though small are comfortable with proper heating. Since we were aged he gave us a room on the first floor. Cassandra another person also super helpful. Every time we met these two they always asked if we were comfortable and wanted anything. Hairdryer to extra towels, toiletries etc. Rooms are quiet with no traffic sounds. Walking to Kings X is just 5 minutes.”

“An absolutely lovely stay at this hotel. Very budget friendly, simple clean rooms, and lovely service. Location is perfect right next to major train stations and subway lines. Beds are comfy, rooms are nice and toasty on the night time, and despite the central location it was quiet at night! So no disturbances. We stayed in a basic twin room, so no bathroom, but the toilet and shower facilities were conveniently located right outside the door. Our only downside is the three flights of stairs, but you get used to them!”

“Firstly I woukld like to give a big thank you to all the staff at the hotel and espeially yannis the manager. I accidentally booked the wrong date for my stay and they happily refunded me with ease as no other rooms where available. They handled this so well that I was happy to pay the extra when I found an apartment became available instead of a room. The attentive and caring staff made me feel very welcome. Check in was fun and easy with yannis being very pleasant and friendly. The apartment was lovely, very homely, clean, tidy and the perfect walk from King's Cross and the hotel. I've stayed at many of the hotels in the are but ill be definalty be coming back to this one in future.”

“Stayed here for a month plus on a work assignment. Fairly spacious rooms considering its location. At a stone's throw from Kings Cross station, Euston, British Library and most places to eat. The place is basic but good for the price point. Improvements needed in wifi speed. Other than that, very hospitable owners and staff and helped me with laundry when I was busy all day long in work meetings. Overall, a place I'd recommend in King's cross. If you're looking for a decent budget stay, OYO Kings is a decent place to be.”

“The Gyle is a fantastic find in a really brilliant spot near to Kings Cross and St Pancreas but on a square that in 8 nights there was super quiet. Not an area Id normally stay in but within walking distance of the coal drop yards etc was perfect for a work thing. My room was big for London- Room 22 - and had a balconey. Very comfortable bed and clean. Room had everything I needed- its not a full service hotel but had tea coffee in the room hair dryer etc. Staff are very helpful and welcoming as well. Breakfast in mornings is served in their bar area and I also had a brilliant toastie one afternoon (like a club sandwich toastie- huge!!), and they have great wine. I enjoyed my stay there!
