The project took a little over 3 months and we needed drying time to air out the dampness between the shower room and kitchen below, but Dan kindly fitted us into his busy schedule so the work could be done as soon as possible. Dan worked quickly to replace the damp floor with new non slip tiles, installed a new extractor fan, new toilet and shower screen, and even fitted a unit for us. Both bathroom and kitchen were finished with paint and sealant. After a few weeks, we noticed leaking again, and it turns out it was because of some cracks in the wall tiles. Dan came back to sealed them up for us, and since then we haven’t had any leaks!”
