“My hotpoint washing machine packed up on the Friday. The bearings had gone and there not replaceable. So was advised to get a replacement. I rang Saturday morning and they had a decent replacement in the shop for a very reasonable price. I had it delivered and the old one taken away that afternoon. Super customer service a 12 months warranty and the guys were just so helpful and really did go the extra mile. I really do highly recommend these guys If your looking for refurbished appliances or even need an appliance fixed. Really good and reasonable.”

“So first of all Lancy was who helped me and she was thorough, quick and clear so 5 stars for her! But the parking is a nightmare, which is irrelevant to the service. Best to get here by public transport (bus garage straight across the road) and worth the effort. The team work well, keep a watchful eye and are fair and friendly. See you guys soon!”

“It's been really a positive experience with Sunny BK. I have done wardrobes for a couple of rooms, a study room set up & a staircase wardrobe. Lucky from Sunny BK has explained all possible options we had & came up with a design based on our choices. He has accommodated the earliest possible date for fitting, and the fitters turned up on the date as agreed. The fitters were very professional & completed the jobs with minimal or no disturbance/noises. The outcome was great with clean work & good quality materials. “Got them to fit wardeobes. Gave us absolutely great service from beginning to end. From meeting Sanjay at the ideal home show to after the final fit. Sanjay came to do a free visit to measure up and gave us an image and estimate within a day, with a competitive price (some other independent companies charge for this service) They gave us a 4 to 5 week completion date (comapared with two of the most popular wardrobe companies who where 11 to 15 weeks), but the kitchen shoppe beat theyre own time frame and completed within 3 weeks. The communication!!! Outstanding!!! I 1st dealt mainly with Sanjay and then Kunal, Sanjay was professional without being too formal. We had a watsapp for him which made communication so easy and he always responded so quickly. As well as Kunal who took charge of the delivery, setup and supervision of the two fitters. The fitters where so good such a shame i didnt get their names. Fitting was booked for a thurs and fri, there was a day delay which changed it to the fri and sat, however the fitters smashed it in a day! (Oh lets not forget the polite delivery guys too!) If i had to give a negative its two minor things, the pieces came without protection, I was worried about damage as we are under renovation with debris everywhere, but it is such good quality i haven't yet seen any damage. 2nd is that there was alot of saw dust, (ideally get fitted before carpet) and there are pieces left that we will have to dispose of (but we are under renovation so you never know they may come into use) We havnt moved in so we havn't started utilizing it yet. But id definitely recommend them and use them again.”
