Joshua took the time to take us through the pro's and con's of both - not trying to sell the most expensive option, but what might be best for us. A few months later we were ready to order and Joshua helped process and track throughout. We unfortunately had to reject the first delivery due to a missing part, however Joshua was there every step to do what he could to get the bike redelivered quickly. My only recommendation to Peloton is to add an alternatively delivery service that can deliver outside of working hours/at the weekends.”
