I have always feared the dentists and anticipated/experienced pain throughout previous treatments but with Dr Chris Brown it’s completely pain free and he makes the experience comfortable! 10/10 would highly recommend. The staff (Ella & Monika) who run the front desk are also extremely lovely, bubbly, friendly and welcoming!”

“I was recommended to try an orthodontist by my sister. She had tried invisalign twice but ran into difficulties and needed an expert who was recommended. The orthodontist recommended Sparks aligners which, although the process takes longer, are far more gentle and less damaging to teeth. Bina Saini was amazing from the start. We discussed everything, she took photos and she changed everything that needed changing. She also recommended Sparks aligners for me. I was grinding my teeth at night due to stress, this was wearing down my teeth, My bite was slightly crooked, and my teeth were bending inwards at an angle, there were also gaps in my lower jaw and a few crooked teeth which looked awful and needed straightening. She corrected the grinding with retainers, and the teeth - both the bite and the angle - with elastics and retainers. Gaps closed up within 6 months. Crooked teeth were pulled into line. It was complicated as there were several things to fix at the same time. She did it all. Always smiling, always accurate and an absolute pleasure to be around - always so professional and so immaculate. Not only are all her smiles gleaming but the workplace is spotless always super clean. All the people working there were just as kind as her and so lovely and sensitive to the needs of the patient. I loved going to have my teeth examined there. An amazing environment in a brand new building. It can't have been easy for this new business during Covid but they sailed through it. Today I officially finished my treatment with her but will go back for more checkups....She said my teeth are cleaner now than a year ago and my gums looked less stressed and healthier. The changes are impossible to ignore. She improved my mouth, understood I have a tiny mouth and teeth, and completed a work of art on my teeth - an absolute masterpiece ... They look so much more perfect.. I don't remember ever having such specialised personalised treatment like this before. All the equipment is brand new and state of the art. I had already had orthodontist work done as a teenager but suddenly needed a bit more work done. Gone are the old intrusive treatments from years ago instead are much kinder spectacularly modern versions. Thank you Bina for all that you do and for making the process so enjoyable. “I recently had two old crowns fall apart through old age and they were non repairable. My options were to do without two molars, false teeth which I didn't fancy or implants. I chose the implant route. I would never have dreamt I could have implants as I thought they were beyond someone like me. But, this surgery talked me through the process. I faced bone grafts and a sinus lift which did give me cause for concern although I was assured it was common place in this day and age. However I needn't have worried. Dr Chauhan undertook my treatment and he was great. An informative dentist who is in tune with the latest procedures and techniques and thoroughly professional too.
