“Great little cafe! The lady who owns it is so friendly, Very clean and a great breakfast at very reasonable prices! I will definitely be returning again!”
Waffle Jack's American Diner
“My fave place to have pancakes when I’m in London, their milkshakes are super yummy.”
Big Breakfast Cafe
“Very nice cafe. Clean and well run. The atmosphere is friendly and the staff know most customers by name. The portions are huge and the prices are cheap.”
American Grocer
“Ordered a selection of items as I normally bring stuff back from The United States but Covid has stopped that. A decent selection at fair prices. And it all arrived the following day. Can’t ask for more.”
Magic Food & Cafe
“Open Saturday mornings till about 11.30 as well as Mon-Fri, great for a coffee or tea to take away when we're walking our dog round the nearby fields. Can't fault the bacon and egg rolls either and a steal at the prices. Don't be put off by the exterior, get in there and you'll be well looked after”
Zapote
“Had the pleasure to dine here. Food is really good, quite big portions too. Plating was beautiful but most of all taste! Thumbs up for the chef! We had most of the items on the menu and I quite honestly cannot tell which one was my favourite as all dishes were divine! Service is spot on! Definitely recommend and will come back!”
Jowhar Restaurant
“Delicious food, welcoming staff and a delightful atmosphere. Authentic Somali cuisine. Would recommend 6 stars if I could.”
Rhythm N Thyme
“Curry goat was so good, meat falling off the bone, plenty of gravy, spices spot on with a lovely heat, perfect rice too, amazing find, absolutely delicious.”
Bel & Nev
“Bel and Nev have created a perfect space for you and those you love to sit around a kitchen table, chat and eat delicious food. When they aren’t rushed off their feet (and even when they are) they’ll often come and chat with you and it’s this friendliness, combined with the sheer quality of the food, that keeps locals coming back for more. Their avocado toast, their porridge, their sausages, their homemade beans and their Bakewell slices are what keep me coming back for more. If it’s busy, wait. It’ll be worth it.”
The Anchor
“I recently ordered a large cod fish and chips and easily one of the best places so far.. the chip I can’t stop eating it because it’s so crispy but soft inside 10/10 a must try and the fish was top notch and very friendly people in that shop. whenever I need my fish and chips fix The Anchor is my new Go to”

166 CafeBar
“Absolutely delightful little place. Incredibly cosy and most importantly, the food is amazing. From the bakery selection to the beautifully crafted brunches… definitely would like to go back again to try another dish off their menu! Would recommend if you like intimate and relaxing environments, and also great food!”
The Nest
“Lovely place! Plenty of seating, the decor is very nice and cosey. The lady who owns it is just so lovely and welcoming and to top it off the food is delicious and reasonable priced and the special teas are so tasty. (Wishing tree is a nice touch too) Will definitely be going back”
Panas Twickenham
“What a wonderful place to eat. Service top notch and the food waves of spicy flavour. To start they brought out a complementary appetiser that was a crispy ball filled with herbs and you then pour in a small glass of tamarind liquid and pop the whole thing in your mouth. Wow! What a fantastic little experience! Then I had the chilli garlic mushrooms. Once you squeeze the lime over it the dish comes alive. Great flavours. For the main I went with the Chicken Khukuri with a garlic naan. Again a great choice. And as a final last nice touch they bring your hot towel out on a purpose built serving plate and add the hot water to it at the table. Great food, great service, great experience.”
Star Cafe
“Best cafe in burnt oak highly recommended staff r polite and friendly and food is top”
Arepa & Co - Stockwell - Venezuelan Restaurant
“I went yesterday with a group of friends and I simply could not rate this place high enough. The food was to die for, the guarapita (my favourite drink) was the best, the ambience very pleasant and the service was brilliant. Highly recommend!”
Aromas Artisan Cafe
“The best cafe ever! The people there were lovely, taking good care to each and every person who walked in, holding the door open for buggies, giving doggy treats out for the pups and giving me a glass of water as I was heard coughing. The food was AMAZEBALLS! And I have finally found a decent place to eat vegan breakfast for my husband. The coffee was spot on! Everything was spot on!”
SUNSHINE CAFE (WORCESTER PARK)
“Great staff, great food and very good prices. If you're in the area and hungry well worth a visit”
Joy Cafe
“Honestly, this cafe has been my favorite for years(Before it was called tartine). The prices are very reasonable, great value for money I recommend the sandwiches. The service is always high quality and they have contact plugs so you can work/study whilst sipping a coffee or fresh squeezed smoothie.”
Ozzie's Diner
“Now listen, I’ve been to a lot of cafe’s in my time, specifically in the south east London area, and is this the best? Of course not, that’d be Sal’s Cafe in foots cray, but was it very nice with lovely and quick service, yes absolutely. In conclusion, I take myself very seriously when it comes to reviewing cafe’s and I’ve become infamous for my world renowned 1- Sal’s cafe rating system, and in the case of Ozzie’s Diner, they’re going to be taking away an 8, which is no doubt respectable. Thank you for reading, you’re welcome.”
The Griddle Diner
“Very friendly staff, but on my last visit the food wasn't great (full English). Black puddings tasted as if they were off and sausages must have been absolutely the worst and cheapest ones available. Even the tea wasn't properly brewed...”
Piwnica na Piętrze
“Best lunch in the area. Love this place and comes few times per week for a lunch.”
Barracuda
“Would give it a 10 star. Took my veggie work colleague. Food was simple (we veggies like it simple sometimes), hot, fresh, stayed hot and very plenty. Spinach quantity was large and delicious - not overcooked. But the best best bit were the staff. What a breath of fresh air. They were joyful, energetic, just perfectly attentive and smiling. And singing too. Prices are very reasonable too. We came away feeling relaxed, happy, soulful and singing. Thank you to your beautiful staff”
Coney's Cafe and Restaurant
“Excellent cafe I had the pancakes breakfast number 1 that came with pancakes bacon sausage hashbrowns scrambled egg and toast all beautifully cooked and super tasty. The cafe itself is very clean and tidy with very friendly helpfull staff. The menu is stacked with all foods from super health to super treats and also great milkshakes and beverages.”
Chaii Pot
“I visited this lovely place a few months ago. I'd never tried Chaii, nor Milk Cake so I was in for a fabulous surprise! I had the Pink Kashmiri Chaii, and a Pistachio Milk Cake. I love my food and have a sweet tooth, have eaten in many countries but Oh My Days, this beautiful assault on my senses was sublime. The smooth, silky chaii and the beautiful texture and flavours of the milk cake were like heaven in my mouth. I really hope I'll be back in the area soon, definitely on my list to return!”
Kings Diner - Cafe De Niro
“Kings Diner-Cafe De Niro has a special place in my heart, the staff are just the friendliest, most helpful men that walking in there is like going to a friends home and nothing is ever too much trouble. The breakfast servings are big, platter size, the latte is the best I've had and the meal is absolute value for the low cost. It is not a fancy afternoon tea in your finery type of place, its a come as you are hearty big meal eat and go. A Saturday doesn't begin properly without my Kings Diner-Cafe De Nero number 5 breakfast and latte first!”
Bloomingscent Cafe
“We had the absolute privilege of having this beautiful food for a friend's picnic birthday. Let me tell you. This food went down a treat and I will certainly be paying this cafe a visit to personally thank the chef”
Buenos Aires Cafe
“I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Buenos Ayres, not just because the food and atmosphere was incredible. But our waitress, Lara (the Italian waitress working) was a delight! Would recommend - and get the rump!”
