“My first time visiting this Costa store. Lovely and quiet with a friendly welcome. Two things I wanted weren't in stock, but with how friendly the ladies were i wasn't disappointed at all. I had a free drink voucher to use and I didnt know what was included. The woman happily explained it was all drinks (usually I get spoken down to when I ask something I don't understand, so this was very refreshing). Because of the lovely service I was happy to purchase something else to consume as I was more than happy to give costs my vustom, thanks to the help and service I recieved. A credit to your store (time of visit approx 11.20am) Thank you. Will love to visit again next time I'm down south”

“What a gem! We had a late lunch in the park there. The staff was lovely, we had a chat and suggestions what to order. Soup of the day was amazing and the savoury tart was well seasoned and had plenty of cheese. Dog friendly and a lot of vegetarian options. Will be back!”

Offered free drink by friendly staff from my accumulated points but disappointed that simply assumed I was taking out and served in cardboard cup (especially when customer's ahead had been served so carefully on a tray... Really handy location plenty of parking. Will return.”

“I always come to this costa quite regularly I am a costa addict. I love this costa so much the staff are really friendly and they practically know my order off by heart now. They are really efficient and quick at making my order and they're always really polite. I come to this costa quite often and I would 100% reccomend this costa to people who are looking for something nice to drink.”

“This place only gets a 5* for one reason...Sana, she is excellent. Sana makes beautiful coffee and has a beautiful nature. She is always polite serves with a smile and makes you feel welcome. When Sana makes your coffee it tastes like it has been made with love. I'm not over fond of this costa in particular because the parking is terrible and the staff are very hit & miss on both customer service and barista skills. Sana however is lovely and so is her coffee.”
