"First off let me start on about how badly Anna (the manager) makes her hot drinks. It tastes different to other branches. The coffee was bland and it was lacking a coffee taste. She makes the hot chocolates bad as well; it’s really watery and it’s like there’s only a drop of milk in there; lacking a lot of the chocolate flavour."

"They charge me more for oatmilk than for normal milk . Absolutely disgusting! They almost charged me for a bigger drink which is absolutely outrageous! They charged me for a medium mango frappe then gave me a small salted caramel."
